I had the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! This was my first furniture buying experience anyways and they made it grand. When I walked in I was unsure about what I actually wanted to purchase even after browsing online and reading the circulars that come in the mail. The Woman who assisted me was VERY nice, patient and helpful. She showed me everything I wanted to see even if it had her walking in circles. I went in yesterday, purchased a Mattress and Box-spring and was worried that it wouldnt be able to be delivered that day being as though it was my only off day for the week. The Woman assured me that I would get the bed delivered that day. She gave me a window of time, the "driver" showed up around the time and I was surprised that it was the Owner of the store and his son. He also let me know that the salesperson I was working with earlier was his Wife. I thought that it was so sweet that they were a family business. He put up my bed quickly and left. Overall, the experience was great and I will be ordering again. After reading many of these reviews I think that people dont understand that this is a discount furniture store. Dont expect Crate & Barrel furniture here, it is a place to get inexpensive furniture pieces at a lesser price. Also, from my time there I noticed that they only have one truck and a few delivery helpers it probably would help to go in there on a slow day and time I suggest early Weekdays.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I purchased a twin size mattress, box spring and two dressers.The mattress that I purchased was infected WITH BEDBUGS!! Called the store spoke to a representative, who spoke with the manager about the problem. I was asked to send pictures of the of the mattress, which I did, and was told I would get a FULL REFUND. When I got to the store they only wanted to refund me for the mattress not the dresser. In turn I said "I was told that I would get a full refund for having to deal with this huge problem". They said "No we can only refund you for the bed." I said to him "What about the bed I had to discard and my child has no bed to sleep on? What about the furniture that I have to throw away? Not to mention having to bring in exterminator!! But still no compensation!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS take my advice DONT EVER PURCHASE anything from JMD FURNITURE, EVER...!!

Dont believe their same as cash scam.they tell you to apply thru their website to only get denied. Me and my wife tried to get our stuff on layaway but got denied for some unknown reason. I went ahead and put money down and paid it all off in less than a month. Dont shop here because their prices are 60% higher thatn they are advertising. They say a couch is $1800 retail and they will sale it for $498 just to get you thinking you are getting a good deal. The couch is everywhere on other websites for less than $500. Dont buy into their scam price discount or cashless layaway. You have been warned. Dont come on here ranting about how they ripped you off only after reading my review.

I didnt have a good experience purchasing furniture here. I ordered a dresser online, was charged, and supposedly it would be delivered for pickup to the location I specified. It wasnt, and I had to call searching for it, found out it was at a different location. When I picked it up, it was in unassembled boxed form, and they had to tape up the box to keep it together to make it to my car. I recommend researching other furniture outlets.

The worse store ever they seem reasonable but are a rip off i bought furniture from them and it was not in the store i had to wait for it to be delivered to the store and the furnithre was weak and all had to be assembled and no instructions. The people working are so rude and dont care about anyone. And they only have a 7 day return policy, what furniture messes up in 7 days sad but please dont waste your time

They did a bait and switch on me with the mattress I purchased online. I ordered a pillow top mattress and received a firm mattress with a broken box spring. They have yet to get back with me to resolve this issue and its been over 2 weeks. Stay away from this rip off company, unless you have money to toss away. The people who are giving them 5 stars work for the company. This place needs to get shut down.

Went in there and purchased a Therapedic pillow top mattress! It was amazing, and I am so happy with the quality of it. I recommend everyone to go inside and test them out. Some of the best prices I have ever seen. My sales person was Erika and she requested I leave this review because of the amount of competitors that leave review for the. 5 Stars for Erika!

I placed an order for a bed and was guaranteed delivery from 6-8pm today. It is now 10pm and I have not received a call or anything. The guy I spoke with said my bed left the warehouse at 7:30pm and I dont live that far so this makes absolutely no sense. I WILL NEVER BUY A BED FROM THEM AGAIN

Well I just bought a bed frame missing its wheels also a mirror missing a door hook and I put together a huge tv stand with no instructions lol no joke though about the quality of their products its horrible (lesson learned!)
