Bought living room set,paid with my debit card in full. Salesman called himself Adam was nice at first making sale. I asked him about delivery service and he told that he has a guy who does delivery for him, he said its 80$ and whatever is extra he will cover, plus all furintute will be assembled together . sure thing, delivery guy shows up alone and with small pick up truck. He didnt want to take all furniture to second level, I offered my help after understanding that I have no other choise. now he was telling that if he damages my stair case wall he wont pay for it, so we sat and talked for another hour, he tried calling Adam, sales person, no luck there. so I told him, take this s**t back, I dont need this type of service. Delivery guy got uspet. now he was asking 125$ for delivery.I said, i will pay u 80$ and call it the day.so he helped me take everythig upstairs and even didnt assembled, he wanted to charge me another 40$ for it.I told him that Adam ensured me that it will be included in price. after that I just gave up, just let him go and paid him 80$ in cash, cash is what he only takes :) . anyways, the best part of it, Adam forgot to add 2 pillows that came with this set. So I called him next day and complained about this service.all he could say was that delivery guy doesnt work for them directly, plus he forgot to add pillows. I tried to deal with them for about 2 weeks, asked them to accomodate this bad service some how, and all he did was bought 2 extra brown pillos and delivered them 2 weeks after.gues what, I was shopping in walmart yesterday and found exact same pillows for 8$ each, when he charged me 25$ for both( he sweared that this is supperb deal ever). Anyways, long story short , they full of s**t and prices not that even good, I recomend going to main furniture companies and get what u want for the same frice and 100 times better service. THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS, NO REFUND :)

This place is completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I ordered a couch on February 13th. I was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks because it needed to be ordered. I put half down in cash. Three and a half weeks later, no couch or phone call. The "owner" agreed to give my money back if the couch hadnt come by March 19th. Friday, March 19th arrives, still no couch, no phone call. I showed up at 7:30pm...well after normal business hours. When asked to speak to the "owner" again, I was told that i was dealing with him now. This guy had the nerve to tell me that the couch would be in on March 30th if I would wait. When I told him no, he became angry! Who waits two months for a couch? He had a nerve to actually call us racial names! At the end of the day, we got a check, not cash like we gave.

I only gave it 1 star because it was the lowest possible. Their service is unprofessional. Guy told me about hispanic employees he faught, made racist comments (prolly thought it was cool cuz I'm black) I purchased an entire bedroom set and the dresser along with the nightstand fell apart the same day. This happened in mid april and its late december 2010. I still have not gotten my replacement or refund. POOR QUALITY

Great deal , excellent price .. The Merchandise came as I wanted .. That salesman "Adam" was really helpful and friendly .. Even my sofa was missing a pillow .. He gave me two instead of one ...will come back for sure.. Stop posting negative comments and admit u got urself a steal ..
