DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I would have given them a NO STAR if I could. We ordered a bedroom set early August and was told that well receive in 8 weeks. 8 weeks came and went, we were into our 11th week that I started calling. Everytime I called I was told that their phones were ringing off the hook and they didnt have time to track my order. 2 weeks passed this way and I finally cancelled my order. How busy can a contemporary funiture store be during the day that they cant call their distributors to track an order? All I was looking for was another estimated delivery date. Worse thing is that since theyre European owned, there is no upper management or any customer service group that one can call and complain. Stay away from this shop is you want to keep your sanity.
