The girl at the register was friendly, but the girl making drinks seemed really upset to be there. My iced latte had too much cream and tasted way too sweet. When I reminded her that I had asked for 2 waters as well she seemed mad! There were no napkins either, and when I asked for one I was given a paper towel because apparently there were no napkins on the premises. Overall, not a pleasant visit.

I have visited this Starbucks many times since its opening years back, and have seen many different baristas/order takers. On a usual visit just a few days back, I had the pleasure of acquainting myself with the friendly personality of JR. Although I had not seen him there before, I was delighted by his outgoing yet professional personality. The black cold brew was phenomenal! Thank you as always!

The staff here is very friendly, they are very helpful ( I dont drink a lot of starbucks, and when I do everyone seems to be in a rush!) The Baristas behind the counter were fast and efficient with my drink! I was really impressed! You need to check this one out! They are worth the time! Im always greeted with a smile, and I dont feel like I have to rush! I love it!

Always I get the same drink, when I am in the mood for coffee. The associates are professional and kind, polite at all times. They have kid temperatures for hot drinks so I can drink things right away and not melt my tongue. Wait time is usually moot. I usually come when no one is really there, somehow, and get my drink very quickly.

I have been coming to this starbucks since it opened it doors and i have some employees come and go but they have always had very friendly folks behind the counter who are quick to remember me and my drink dont know where they find such awesome employees but i have always had a great experience at this location

Visited several times while staying in the area, found it difficult to get the drink right three times. One male staff member disturbingly loud voice and laugh, to the point that all patrons noticed. Had to go outside.

Just left the Lusby, MD location, so disappointed the hot coffee was lukewarm at best and my Java chip tasted like it was made with caramel and Java chip. I wont be back to this location.

Its a Starbucks, but not a good one. The service is the problem. I hit about 100 SBs in my travels and this is at the bottom. No axe to grind just a fact.

The store was filthy, our arms stuck to the tables like a postage stamp. Trash cans were over flowing with cups and straws. Floors well you got the idea.
