On the way from Ohio to RI, I left my purse hanging on a chair in this Panera. 3 hours later, I learned my mistake but one desperate phone call to the restaurant put me in contact with manager "Cody" who found the purse and promised to send it to me. An hour later, I had a personal email from Cody with the UPS tracking info and promise of purse being delivered in 2 days. I loved Panera before but this kind of helpfulness and regard for their patrons is what makes it a place I will return to again and again. Thanks very much Cody!

Like all Panera restaurants, this is a great place to get overpriced food that is lacking in any real quality. However the pastries that arrive frozen and are warmed up before being served and taste semi-fresh. Also, the fresh soup that comes from a vacuum sealed bag is also quite good. I also really enjoyed how the toilet had urine all over it in the bathroom; the same way how Panera patrons cant aim their cars in the direction of decent food they can not aim their genitalia toward the gigantic hole inside of a toilet.

If it comes with cheese it should say it on the menu board. I orded the bbq chicken because it was the only thing that didnt have cheese listed and when I got my sandwhich it had cheese on it. They were able to make me a new sandwhich free of charge. I love the food here but needs more customizable options or dairyfree options.

I interacted with the cashier, the busser, and the manager and they were all incredibly sweet and helpful. I am working away from home and had the longest day today, it was soooo nice to feel the kind atmosphere here when I needed it most. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you!

Fun fact: You can wait five minutes to be served here, get blown off by the cashier, and then have a recently arrived customer try to steal your place in line, and the staff will look at you like youre the bad guy! Screw this place. Thats the worst service Ive had in years.

this was my first time here. not a fan of the restaurant. the atmosphere was chaotic, very busy,couldnt find seating. the food wasnt that good. would rather buy the soup at the grocery store and eat it in the comfort of my own home where it is more calmer.

I cant blame them for being too expensive for me. You get what you pay for here. I cant blame them that I have Celiac disease and cant enjoy the "Bread" of Panera Bread. The point is, I kind of hate going here. But its a 5 star place.

This location is a little cramped compared to some others. The food is always good and service is generally very fast. The companys ability to embrace technology should improve the lines that seem to get very long during lunch hour.

Very, very slow and painful service. Many orders came out incorrect, to-go orders were served to-stay....overall a complete embarrassment to the Panera brand. I would HIGHLY recommend eating ANYWHERE else in Cleveland.

Service was very nice and fast, and as always the food was delicious. My only complaint and reason for the one star removal, is there kiosk system is completely confusing and frustrating especially for older clients.

The older lady cashier is not friendly, but there is nothing else I would rate low. The restaurant was clean and not crowded. Great spot for a quick pick up of good food if you are on the road.

Has self-order kiosks to help with ordering. On these you can customize your order and see everything thats in your meal! Helps with my allergies and such!
