Baristas are horrible here. I came in for a drink before class and out of the six other customers ordering drinks, five of them either got the wrong drink or were treated poorly by the barista. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked the guy if my drink was next up and he barked at me saying he didnt have time because "this girl made me remake her drink." After five more minutes he hands me my drink, which wasnt even close to being right. Since I already paid and was late for class I had to take whatever he gave me. Im sure his friend that came in got his drink right. Perhaps the barista was distracted talking to his friend about their other friends getting charged with drug possession.

They have a great team of baristas that can almost always help you find a taste youre looking for in a cup of coffee. They have almost everything, except the Baltimore mugs that everyone wants. But they are always trying to find new ways to open up new flavors and bring you a new experience. As for environment. Its like any Starbucks, near a busy street so there is a few homeless people but if you just talk to them, you find out that theyre really nice. Oh and dont forget to TIP THE BARISTA!!!

4 stars because its so small -- they should expand. However, service is great -- friendly, courteous, and expedient. I keep going back because staff fulfills requests exactly with kindness. That kindness makes me feel great, especially before drinking my first cup of dark roast in the morning.
