My Family and I went there , on Saturday 12/10/16 at 230pm to find the case empty and only a few from the morning to chose from . The staff said that there would be more later then rolled her eyes . my son and I got one and went to sit down, to find the tables beond dirty, the floors looked,like they had a good fight and just walked away from it , after asking for,a,towel to,clean the table , one of the men working said f__k him and laughed. We will never return again .

The building is nice and all, but the service is not. I went in and literally had the choice of 7 different donuts. On top of that, the service was really slow. My normal Krispy Kreme lets me get assorted donuts for report cards, but they made me get glazed. The only reason I stayed in line was because this is the only Krispy Kreme by me since the one in my area is under construction. They really need to step business up.

As much as I love KK donuts, this store closes at 11pm. Tonight I arrived at 10:30 and was informed they were out of glazed donuts and almost all variety donuts! They were very rude and that came across as me being an inconvenience! There is no reason at all for them to be out of almost all donuts, especially glazed, 30 minutes before the store closes!!

Staff is very friendly, unfortunetly everybody acts like they have no idea what to do. Stood in line after I ordered my 3 dozen doughnuts and just waited like 15 minutes... seems like no one knows how to use a register. This happens everytime i goto this location... ended up just leaving.

Awesome service, friendly staff and the donuts are incredible! The new Ghirardelli Salted Caramel is the best donut ever, and they have the best Apple Fritter weve ever tasted. To top it off, I got the dozen donuts free by redeeming rewards points from the Krispy Kreme phone app.

Horrible employees and service. Rude and got my order wrong as well as my gfs. Gave my order twice, once at the counter then once at the register and there undeveloped Neanderthal brains still managed to screw it up. Not say the food is bad but the employees have no sense.

Love Krispy Kreme donuts! The last krispy kreme resturaunt that I was too was in New York years ago. The staff here were super helpful, sweet and professional. I signed up for the app and look forward to future stops.

Nice to be able to stop here, drive thru and get a few donuts. As of today, their donuts are not fresh and hot after 11am. It would be nice if their donuts were fresh and hot all day long or at least until 6pm.

Its Krispy Kreme. The store is well kept. The staff is friendly. My single complaint would be no one available to answer calls. Called for 3 days to make some inquiries and no one ever answered the phone.

Clean and people were helpful. We stopped by during a trip home from the OBX. Had to tell my son that the strawberry man didnt work over the weekend since they didnt have the strawberry smoothie. Lol.

Their donuts were small and hard. My custard filled had one small dot of filling. They were too sweet and gave me a stomach ache. Dunkin donuts is so much better. Horrible idea to go there today.
