So I went there with a friend..I ordered a "Small Cup Breve Cappuccino with 2 shots dry" and as we all know that means not that much 1/2 & 1/2 milk..basically foam and espresso Background..I have been drinking this for years!! and I believe I can say that I am pretty much of a knowledgeable person about this drink.. What I got from the "barista" was a Latte..a cup full of 1/2 & 1/2 with 2 shots of espresso..and no foam..As we all know and described above..is 2 espresso shots.. steamed 1/2 & 1/2 foam and a smidge of 1/2 & 1/2.milk..This is what it consist of people over there at Ceremony!! You have no cause to celebrate. I sent it back and told the Barista"..who really should not be one...that what I got was a Latte..he had the audacity to say to me "well, its hard to foam 1/2 & 1/2"..WHat is he doing at the machine then playing Barista?? I have had way better Breve Cappuccinos in small places.. yes here in Baltimore..go to the 21211 area and find at least 3 places on the main street..in a 1 block area Please Ceremony..get a grip!! Maybe you should send your Baristas" there to have a few lessons!! As far as the decor..sure be cold and "modern" who cares.. the people that worked that day..were really slow..and the woman behind the counter..the one with the long hair..needs to learn about food health again..one should not pass ones hand through the flowing curly hair and the serve without washing..Seriously..Yes thats right I will never go back there!! nor buy their beans..

One of the coolest coffee shops Ive ever patronized. They have figured out. Its bright, refreshing and quite and calming. A charming experience. High ceilings, large and plentiful windows bring in plenty of natural light. There is no shortage of seating and charging receptacles a perfect place for the work from home employee. They also have a dedicated closed section area as a work center. The staff, although nice and professional, give an air of pretentious hipster vibe. Not rude just not engaging and friendly. Like they work in a funeral home, sad expressionless faces. The coffee however is delicious, some of the best I have had! And the barista knows what he is doing, excellent cup of java.

If you like coffee and simple design, Ceremony Coffee is for you. Its a large, one story coffee roastery in the heart of Mt Vernon near downtown Baltimore. They roast right on premise and sell any coffee product you can image including nitro brew. There is plenty of seating and its simple design and layout allows for plenty of natural light. Most of its window seating has access to plug-ins so bring your laptop and crank out some work as you sip on an espresso or nibble on expensive chocolate from Mast Brothers in Brooklyn (No hipster coffee shop is complete without Mast Brothers).

5/5. I have been a huge fan of the Annapolis location for years, and have been looking forward to visiting their newer Baltimore location since it opened a little over a year ago. I finally had the chance to visit, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, with a clean sleek modern feel. Very conducive for meeting a friend or getting work done. The drinks are carefully crafted and fantastic, with some unique creations as well. Some of the best coffee (and tea!) and the food looked amazing too. In a central location downtown. Loved it!!

The place is alright I suppose. The only reasons I didnt give this more than 3 stars is due to the fact that the bathrooms are only for people who live in the building. Also, the staff was nice enough but they never asked for my name to call out an order and the 2 baristas I interacted with were pretty dismissive when I asked simple questions about my order (to make sure it was my order). The cortado I ordered was good though. So if youre just popping in for a quick coffee this is the place for you.

The coffee is great (around same cost as Starbucks) and the interior is full of what seems like endless natural light (great for mornings where youre tired). Lots of college students; very safe and welcoming environment. Only drawback is the location (as of now). There is a ton of construction right next to it, but that will likely be finished within a year or so. The area is moderately safe and the outside seating is very nice.

As I recall, they do not offer regular iced coffee, only overpriced cold brew. They offered to put espresso over ice for me for $2.75, but then they put it in a stupid tiny plastic cup with no lid. Then suprise, surprise, the coffee spills out of the tiny little cup when I add milk. This is not your standard pick up a cup of coffee type of place, this is a elitist coffee shop that isnt even practical anymore.

Today was my first day visiting Ceremony! I was introduced to their coffee at Park Cafe and wanted to find out more about Ceremony. The coffee shop does not disappoint with a fresh modern interior and friendly staff. One of the best places to study in Baltimore as it has ample seating, good wifi, and lots of natural light. Definitely check out this shop if you enjoy a good cup of coffee!

This place looks like some kind of coffee science shop. It has a cold, modern look that just screams pretentious hipsters come here. If you can get past that youre in for a fabulous surprise. The coffee here is top notch stuff. (For the price it just better be.) I wouldnt actually study here because those seats are pretty uncomfortable, but I could be in the minority with that thought.

Fell in love with their beans at Filter Coffee House in DC, which brews only Ceremony Coffee. Since I was in Baltimore for work, I had to stop by Ceremony itself. Large bright, open, clean space with helpful, friendly staff. They are serious about their coffee and know what theyre doing. Try their nitro cold brew and be sure to ask what bean theyre currently using for it.

Excellent coffee shop. You can tell these guys are passionate about making good coffee, and it shows. Do yourself a favor and try a pour-over; it wont taste like any coffee youve had before, but you will love it! Their food is really tasty too, but I wish they had a few cheaper options. I really like the aesthetic of the place, it has a very modern decor.

Bright airy and calm...it is simple yet beautiful. The Mocha is excellent and it doesnt have that overly loud music or pretentious feel that City Cafe has become. Ugh... I would have given it 5 stars but the restrooms needed attention ..they are too well designed for a cafe, to ever be unkept. Overall...I love Ceremony Coffee Roasters it!!!

Excellent locally roasted coffee and good selection! They have everything from espresso drinks to put over to nitro cold brew on tap! Several breakfast toast options, and the yogurt parfait is amazing! All kinds of coffee being gear for sale as well. They also have a little setup next door at the Mount Vernon Marketplace.

I stopped in here for a cold brew while visiting Baltimore from out of town. The coffee was delicious and the lighting and general space is beautiful. However, I couldnt find an outlet that worked to charge my phone and I thought the music selections were odd. (One song sounded a bit like an alarm going off).

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Baltimore. The atmosphere is very nice, the coffee is incredible, and the food is great too. Their tea is really good too! They also sell a lot of coffee equipment. It gets pretty busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but you can usually still find a table!
