The managers unpleasant response to the recent rise of all coffee bean lb. bags by $2 bucks was very cold and calculated, She told me she had nothing to do with the price rise and that there was no notice of price change on the shelves because Corporate Management would never tell the public that information nor would she. I was disappointed in her matter of fact response and was not expecting her to revert back to the old price. She was insulted in my asking in fact. The Staff was very nice and my drink was very good, I stayed in the lounge area and enjoyed my drink and wondered if I could ever visit this particular Starbucks again? I have other choices. I would love to see CARIBOU COFFEE come to town,and then Baristas like this one will have to juice up their friendliness to compete, you think?

Nice stopping spot...and I can see sitting outside when not hot can be enjoyable. That said....the bathroom had grime on the sink and stall...ewww They were out of all the sangria teas, all their featured iced coffees and spent more time socializing with each other than tending to the customers. Employees do chatter and thats fine. But customer service should take precedence over that. We should not feel like we are interrup ting them.

Used drive thru and could tell there was some confusion inside. Was not greeted at all until after waiting five minutes and then was told how much I owed. Lady did say that is for waiting but at least acknowledging me would have smoothed things over. Have to say I go to Starbucks all the time and use drive thru this was worst experience.

This is my all time favorite location with friendly happy regular staff. Todays experience was not so pleasant. Order total was wrong and the inconvenience I gave to have this new staff member make the correction just about blew her mind. She did not want to be at work today. It was written all over her face.

One of my favor Statbucks Stores. During this visit the store and drive through were crowd but the staff were friendly and the store was clean. My wait was a bit longer than expected until I noticed they were brewing fresh coffee; so in the end it wasnt a big deal.

Wonderful friendly staff. However slightly inconsistent. Tristan and Shea are wonderful and make everything pretty consistantly. Store isnt usually busy in early am and its nestled away in a quiet shopping center.

Nice place to sit on the patio sip your latte and watch the world go by. Friendly staff, clean place, good coffee. Free wifi lets you surf the net in a comfortable atmosphere.

Good store, friendly people, but they have earned the local designation of being called "Slowbucks". Their service is consistently slow. It hasnt changed over the years.

Didnt acknowledge customers at counter. Had to ask if really open. Employee cleaning bathroom came out and waited on us. Drinks were good

I think they actually start roasting the beans when you order. Nothing else would explain how long it takes them to make a coffee.
