I transferred here from MA from another Starbucks and began working at this one. At the time Amanda was the manager. We were always short staffed but I can honestly say the drinks were always made perfect for the most part. Once she got fired and I began my nursing career, this place has left me speechless. I work in Harrisburg so I rarely come to this Starbucks but I live 5 minutes from this one so occasionally Ill go and the last and only 3 times Ive gone my drink has been made wrong. The last time he thought it said a different abbreviation and blamed it on the hand writing but it was completely legible because even I remembered what CPL and CBL stand for and then I said this says 8 pumps and he takes my drink and adds it on top of the whipped cream and tells my to mix it. It was disgusting. I feel like the biggest mistake is them having their entire staff be brand new. Theres never anyone who knows what theyre doing and no one in charge. Making coffee should be an art to whoever works at Starbucks and the customers should ALWAYS be your main priority and its not like that at all unfortunately. Its sad. As much crap as everyone talked about Amanda, they shouldnt have fired her and they should have realized that her being "strict" and honest made the baristas the best. I would strongly suggest not spending your money here. They need to get their crap together.

I went there earlier in the morning and the drink tasted fine then of course I had to go back later that day for the pumpkin latte again. They switched female employees as I was ordering and forgot to write down one of the drinks. I waited and got one drink then realized three people got theirs before my second one. They told me she forgot to write on a cup. They then change employees at the bar and every time this same kid makes the coffee it never tastes right. Got home and both taste of just milk. This place never performs well. Will skip and go somewhere else.

Worst Starbucks Ive been to. Girlfriend lives nearby so were there often. Its always dirty, and drinks are made incorrectly the majority if the time despite the astonishing amount of time they take. For a coffee franchise that focuses on specialty drinks, consistent errors is highly unsatisfactory. Which is pretty disappointing considering its location in the outlets right beside Hershey park (high amount of customers). Usually severely understaffed too. I expect more from Starbucks. Youre better off going to the Dunkin donuts right down the street

Went here to work while enjoying some coffee. Waited about 30 minutes for a Grande dark roast. Turns out they forgot it. Had a second drink order two hours later and they also forgot it and never called it out (if they did, they didnt loudly say our names because we didnt hear it). During the time we waited for our drinks, we heard and saw the barista mess up the drinks a few times. I wont come back due to the multiple issues we experienced and saw.

For a Starbucks that deals with heavy foot traffic, this place isnt the best. They have a few of their roasts "on tap" but no specialty blends, no fruit to speak of, and not nearly enough seating. The coffee itself all carried a burnt quality not found at other Starbucks. Their menu is reduced on Sunday, so keep that on mind if youre hoping for eating something more substantial.

Very bad service. Was very disappointed. Employees were joking and playing around texting the whole time while the store is crowded and flooded with customers. I waited 45mins for a coffee when people who came after me got there order first. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect they should be put first , not the employees!!!!!!

theyre friendly, but they dont know how to steam milk. ordered a flat white…I got a cappucino with stiff dry foam (hint: the "flat" part means no foam), I asked for a latte instead, got the same stiff foam drink, with bubbles as big as BBs. look, I hate being that coffee snob guy, but a latte is meant to be a starbucks staple.

Apparently they only have one blender. Consistently slow and often forget orders. But dont worry, they have four single seats available for the 30+ people waiting 15+ minutes for a coffee. If youre in the Hershey area, your only alternative is to drive to Harrisburg or navigate the maze of the Medical Center.

Was in for a drink Monday late afternoon. The girl behind the counter had trouble with my name, Dale, and the 2 guys making drinks were too busy flirting with a female customer to get my drink right. Got a caramel frap with no caramel. Thankfully this is the exception not the norm.

Ive been to several Starbucks locations in the area. This location above the rest has the slowest service, the longest lines, and the staff takes your drink order as if they have no clue what theyre doing. Opt for other nearby locations (ex: Colonial Commons) instead.

Climate control here isnt always that good and baristas are hit or miss. Some get your drink right and get you in and out, while others seem a little too nonchalant and get your order wrong or short change you on the amount of liquid in your cup.

Service and staff is exceptional, despite the volume and quality of the crowd that sometimes inundates those poor souls in green aprons. Kudos to the employees at this particular Starbucks, they weather the storm and they do it well.

This starbucks deserves an excellent review. I frequent this location, and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The drinks are delicious. Love it!
