This is a nice sized Toys R Us, with the just the right sized section dedicated to Babies R Us. Since its part of a soon to be demolished Mall, parking is never an issue. The only thing to notice is that, as of this review, you have to enter into the mall to get in. There is an outside pick up door that is never used, but I guess thatll change once demolition starts +I was told Toys R Us will stay). The biggest problem with this Toys R Us is the checkout process. They have a lot of checkout lines, but outside of the Christmas would season they are not used. Instead you walk around to the entrance to the customer service desk. This line can be long. So, a quick shopping trip there can be frustrating. One to is that they occasionally have the electronic desk checkout open. The problem is, when they dont, it can take a while to get that video have from behind the glass. As with all Toys R Us locations, outsider of sales and clearance, they are overpriced. For example, my kids got walkies from Target for $5. The exact same ones were $25 at Toys R Us! Of course the selection here for a physical store is unrivaled. And thats what you get at Toys R Us, one stop to shopping, but a slow and expensive one.

One of the few left around, this store is great to take the kids to on a rainy day. The place is a little dirty, and there is a lot of empty shelf space, but they have some of the best prices and the biggest selection. The staff is always helpful and usually knows the product. Which is rare in retail these days.

This store is ran horribly. Management needs to learn to manage the staff. The employees are lazy and act as if you being in the store is an inconvenience to them. They need to either talk to the employees or fire them and hire ones that want to work for the money they are being paid.

Great toys and good servivce. Toys are way over priced. They do have things other stores dont have like does mini power wheels for kids. Overall, great store and usually have toys Im looking for. Again, way overpriced.

The lady at customer service had to ask 5 people to pull a crib for me. Everyone said no because they were busy as they stood in my face. Will never come back here for anything

Always so expensive. Took nephew there for his bday and he got his balloon and crown but the staff didnt do anything to make him feel special. Its a kids store
