I really cant stand this place but I go (twice a year...once for birthdays and once for Christmas) because theres not another one near me and I really dont care to pay shipping. I was just there yesterday. No carts anywhere and the store was NOT busy. I asked 2 people where the carts were and both of them just shrugged at me. I was walking around with the toys when I saw an abandoned one in the back and grabbed it. But of course it had messed up wheels and was very loud. I will say this, though. Last year, you had to practically give your entire life story just to check out. Enough people must have complained because you dont have to do that anymore.

Good prices and selection, but the service isnt great. Its good if you know what you want and dont want to talk to people, but if youre looking to shop around and get ideas from great employees, I would suggest a smaller privately-owned toy store (like Monkey Fish Toys in Lionville).

Really not a great shopping experience. Staff tries hard, but the shop is always understaffed and the queues are long and customer service is non-existent. There is no sign of anyone managing the shop. Will avoid in future.

Personally I think Toys R Us is expensive but they do usually have items that are hard to find. Got what I was looking for when I couldnt find it anyway else. Going to have one happy granddaughter.

Wow, its dirty! Seems as though it always has been. Employees never seem too happy either. Other than that, they usually have a good selection of toys.

Your typical Toys "R" Us store. They have a huge selection of toys. They always have those hard to find toys my nieces have on their Christmas lists.

Older and looks a mess. Always hard to find anything or someone to help you find a specific toy. Usually takes a while to checkout.

The store has a wide selection of items. However, all the items are extremely expensive. You are much better purchasing from amazon
