I was at this location for the Jefferey Birthday club so that my daughter could receive her free stuffed animal and storybook but was rudely told by several sale associates ohh we dont have that and as a matter of fact they do not have them avaible and it nationwide... I said to them well then maybe you should have waited until you had the merchandise then I was told well if you dont like it you can call corporate I said dont you worry I intend too!!! So I called corporate and filed a report And much to my surprise umm not really the sales associate lied to my face to several peoples faces. It is not nationwide and they should not be telling their customers that... Well I ended the call and I called the toysrus in towson and wouldnt you know they had them so I was able to get my daughter her giraffe and storybook.... Ohhh I forgot to mention I had to buy her a different giraffe which I should be reimbursed for TOYSRUS!!!! Well at this point I personally will never shop at TOYSRUS on Pulaski highway ever again!!!! Their lack of customer service and lack of empathy for the kids is downright disgusting I do not recommend this location at all they lied to kids what else have they lied about hmm I have to Wonder

Screwed me out of lots of money after getting my WHOLE order wrong when I was pregnant. They said that they would get me replacements for all of my clothes but did not. I called them several times and they kept telling me that I had to wait until they process it. Fast forward..my daughter is 9 months old (yes the one I was pregnant with) and still nothing. I contacted Babies R Us online where I made the order and they told me I waited too long..DESPITE the fact that they TOLD ME that I had to wait for them to process it when I kept calling them. They did that on purpose..they kept telling me that my return was in process and giving me the run around so that they could say its too late..meanwhile im out well over $100 bucks. DONT shop with this company..spend your money elsewhere or they will send you ugly clothes that you didnt order and that dont even fit (I ordered 0-3 mo at the time and they sent me various sizes up to 3T..yes..3T for a newborn!! I am so disgusted and will make sure that everyone knows about their shady practices on AND off my blog!

The kids ( ages 2 - 12) had a blast here. They allow the children to play with the toys. What child wouldnt like that?? The prices are a bit higher but that a parents complaint. My kids usually will research prices but I think they had so much fun, they dont even care about paying a dollar or two more for a toy. I overheard them talking about what they wanted with their allowance for the next time we went, So they (we) definitely plan on coming back. On the downside: The staff didnt pay us any mind. They kind of went about their business, like we werent there. That felt a little strange since usually staff at other stores will at least ask if we need anything or are finding everything alright. Meh. We are still coming back.

No one answers the phone there. Ever. You select the option to speak to a store representative, it rings about 10 times, then youre disconnected. Also most days they appear to be short staffed and have one register open. Or you have to go to customer service to get rung up ( which might explain why they dont answer their phone). Also, the toys that get sold out quickly ( like certain action figures) never seem to be restocked. Or if they are, it immediately sells out again. Ive been to some of their special themed events like the midnight Star Wars sales, and theres never enough product- everything is scooped up within a minute and the vast majority of customers are left standing there with nothing to buy.

Dont order for instore pickup. So disorganized, takes twice as long as in store shopping. App tells you to go to pickup in back of store, then nobody comes, and when you check back again, they took your stuff to the front of store. Half the time dont have any registers open, have to check out at Cust Service. Once had to wait for at least 10 min while the only checkout clerk was inside the delivery truck outside the door. Poorly managed is understated.

Average Toys R Us business. Clean & well stocked. The issue is understaffing. Staff is often hard to locate, since the company tries to operate with minimal staffing for lower payroll. Pricing for Toys R Us is higher than buying the same items at a Walmart, for example. Since they are limited in the types of merchandise they carry, they need to create a higher mark up compared to places like Walmart or Target.

Its not that great I prefer for now on to go ton towson. The girls there have a horrible customer service attitude and they seem lkke they dislike their job and dont present themselves properly. They also are not knowledgeable in whats in the store. Why work there is you dont even know what is on the floor and just take as another pay day. I cant stand when I need assistance and get clueless workers.

Staff members were reluctant to assist when looking for a specific product. Their answer was "If it isnt on the shelf we probably dont have it". The whole point of asking for assistance was so they could check to see if they did. The store is also very dirty.

As always the shelves are stocked and the store is clean. The problem is with the limited staff. There were no registers open. All items get checked out at customer service. One person to handle check out and customer issues.

I love the employees when you can find and talk to them. Store has what most other Toys r us do maybe less because babies e us is connected. Ive never left dissapointed. Needs more peice check scanners though.
