Went in today to get diapers and wipes and the cashier nor manager would honor their offer of free 72ct Baby R Us brand refill wipe with the purchased of any diapers pack over $29.99. They instead wanted me to take a different tub of wipes that was the same price with less wipes but with one issue; the wipes were dried up. When I complain on how the sign stated you can get a tub or refill wipes and that I wanted the refill the cashier simply stated I cant give them to you for free because the manager says that only the tubs were being given away as part of the offer. Contradicting what was posted on numerous of their sign. Not worth the aggravation so I left the wipes.

Absolutely the worst place to go to spend your hard earned cash l worked at this location over the holiday season and l have never seen a place so not ready for what they know is the busiest time of the year for them.l could barely move around in the back of the store due to the mess that was everywhere due to pure laziness and lack of proper management.lt was unsanitary where they store the food for babies l cringe every time l drive by this store.

Just made my last trip to this dump - never again. Weve been suffering through shady pricing tactics (why are car seats $60 more in the store than on your website - oh youll honor that if we bring it to your attention but will take us for the extra $60 if we dont) and incompetent associates who seem irritated to be there at all much less willing to help. Save the frustration, do some homework online and buy it from Amazon.

This place is terrible. I am completely amazed that this chain is still in business. This location is an atrocity!!!!! The selection is just "ok". They didnt have the really up to date Walking Dead or Justice League action figures. They had a million and one Barbie dolls. The video game section was appalling as well; they didnt have the best selection for XBox. Dont waste your time with this location.

This stores entire customer service department hasnt been able to figure out for 30 minutes+ how to find a bike my wife and I just finished paying the layaway off on. Multiple people have came by asking to see our paperwork and still cant figure out which end is up really. An all around terrible experience and would recommend anybody go to the Columbia store.

Toys r us bought K B toys and didnt give the right ph. number for the Annapolis Mall k b toys and you cant find it no matter how hard you look. Not too smart. Ill just go to another toy store, not kb or toysrus.

I bought a blue Harley Davidson powerwheel for my son and when I opened it on Christmas Eve, it was pink. WTF!!!! My son did not receive the one thing that he asked for all because of this store.

Helpful staff. Managers make price match easy. Mother room is always clean and stocked with helpful items. Wish exiting the parking lot wasnt a nightmare.
