**PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ-- WITH KNOWLEDGE, WILL COME WISDOM! *** If I could give a negative, I would. Very upset.. when purchasing two vehicles I had outstanding customer service... the person who sold me the two vehicles (James Nance) was amazing! however, after getting the vehicles home, a few days later, both had major issues. One even needed a transmission! The transmission, we were told, was replaced twice. So why is the engine light still on? why is the truck still jerking? very upset with the way all of this is being handled. Me and my fiancé have both missed several days of work from the vehicles cutting off and having to be towed days from purchased back to the dealership.. this is a MAJOR inconvenience to us being that we just RECENTLY purchased both vehicles (under 30 days) and we were expecting to have reliable vehicles at that. To top things off.. we were given a loaner while the vehicles were getting fixed.. but the loaner has every light on the dash board on!!! is this not a caution? I have kids ..a family... so this isnt important? the breaks were rubbing.. the rotors...took it back,,, they said it was fixed.. woke up this morning to a FLAT TIRE! Lug nuts are all different. WTF! PLEASE TAKE CAUTION! At times the shop owner/manager was told that if we called, he was not available to answer. This is concerning to us. We trusted these people to do the right thing.. and they did not. Now their is a investigation going on. lawyers involved.. all this could of been avoided if the right service was given. All this to say--- make sure if you purchase here, that mechanically everything is sound.. everything is where it is suppose to be and there is NO major issues.. I purchased a Mercedes and took it to the Mercedes dealership to have a run down of any issues.. 5k worth of issues 3k of major things such as leaks, suspension broken, rotors rubbing and more.... why would you sell that to me before fixing the major issue? not to mention the mechanic that was there when purchasing was fired for whatever reason... what and why all of this shady stuff is going on ? make sure that the numbers match on your paperwork (another issue) and that you are being treated with VALUE like a customer should. To just sell a car is one thing, but to know what your selling and the major issues that it may have is another--- Customer service is needed immediately at this location. Being in customer service over 15 years I have never dealt with people who want to just take your money.. and then no care in the world about you. I dont see this place staying around long. *****Im hoping the OWNER of this place calls us and takes care of our needs.. we will be updating you all on the process.. in the meantime---BE CAREFUL of purchasing ANYTHING HERE!

Thank you Ali and all the people at Waldorf Auto Toy Store. I was looking for a specific car and, after spending some time with Ali on the computer, he found exactly what I was looking for and told me he could have it at the dealership within a day. I then met with Teresa, the Finance Director. She did all my paperwork and got a bank approval, all within about an hour. I was promised the car for the next day. When I came back to get the car, it had been professionally detailed, temp tags were on and after signing a few additional papers, I was on my way with a gassed up car. After a few weeks the door handle broke. I called Ali and he told me he would order a new handle and when it came in, I could return to have it installed. Two days later I was notified that the part had been delivered. I took the my truck back and it was fixed while I waited in the lounge. Shortly after that I received a call that my tags were in. I went back, they put the tags on my car and off I went. My sincere thanks to Ali, Teresa and the staff for making my search and purchase of just the right car a very pleasurable experience, and most important, making me feel a part of that wonderful dealership family. When its time for another vehicle, I will be back Thank you.

They sell vehicles that never should have passed an inspection. They dont live up to their word at all. I bought a 08 Escalade from them that looked good and drove fine but little did I know, it needed over $6000 worth of work. They told me to lie about when it all happened and get the warranty to cover it, warranty wouldnt cover it and cancelled the policy and did not reimburse anyone for the policy. They told me they got it handled and to send them receipts for all the work I had done to keep it on the road but change the dates on the receipts. I listened to them in hopes of getting my $5600 back and have yet to hear back from them. They also waited entirely too long to pay off the vehicle that I traded in with them and I ended up getting 1-3 calls a day from the finance company harassing me about not receiving a payoff or payment and that Im liable so 3 visits to the dealer and me personally delivering the payoff check got that situation handled. Now the trans is slipping in the Escalade and apparently I have no warranty. This vehicle is the prime example of a LEMON and their employees are prime examples of CROOKS! STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE SMART! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!!!

My wife and i have been looking for a large SUV for some time but we couldnt find what we where looking for. So one day we found Waldorf auto toy store. But like many time before they didnt have it. But what they did was miles above the rest Mr. Ali found a second to none car. Even with past credit problems they got us a car of out dreams. The people there are friendly, kind and they never pushed us to what we didnt want our liked. They are truly a cut above the rest. And anyone that is looking for a car need not go anywhere else. Thanks to everyone.

When it comes to upholding obligations of repairs and vehicle concerns, absolutely no ownership of the responsibility. Round and round with passing the bucket. Must escalate to the next level (State of Maryland ). When the owner isnt present, its buyer beware!!!!
