I will never, ever in my life shop at another target let alone this one after what they just did. I paid for a PlayStation 4 with the Star Wars Battlefront bundle only to get home and realize that the box was already opened and find an old, beat up PS3 inside instead of my PlayStation 4. I called and they said to come to the store and I can be helped. When I got there, they said it wasnt a problem to take up with them but the manufacturer instead and adamantly refused to let me return the item. I called the corporate number and they said the same thing, just more rude, and hung up on me while I was talking. I called the manufacturer, Sony, and they said what I had said from the beginning, its a problem to take up with target. I bought the product from TARGET not SONY. They are a company of crooks and stole more than $350 from me, an amount of money that isnt easy to come by, especially when youre only 19. I advise everyone to never shop at target.

I just moved to Hyattsville so this is my local target.. and only half a mile away which is wonderful. Parking is a little hectic, being connected to the mall and having the metro and a lot of foot traffic-- and pedestrians will literally just walk right out into the road infront of you with no hesitation. The store is a little disoriented.. most areas were clean, well organized. The little girls department however, looked like a bomb went off and a tornado blew through after. Clothes everywhere. Hanging off displays and ALL over the floor. I think there were more clothes on the floor than on the shelves. I couldnt push the cart through the department bc I just got stuck on clothes. The employees were really nice, and some of the other patrons were also super kind.. the mess wont keep me from shopping. I had an overall good experience.

First of all Target is my favorite store, Im always there. I receive always a good customer service from the workers there. I am really thankful and grateful to the employees and guests of target. I dropped my money there while shopping, I called the store and told them that I dropped my money there and guess what? Someone picked it up and gave to an employee. I called but I would never imagine that I was going to find the money, the manager told me they found some money but I had to come and they will run the camera. I went back and they give to me exactly the way it was. Thank you again for everybodys honesty.

I work here and I dont recommend people applying here and most of the LODs and Team leaders dont know what their doing and I am a cart attendant and its not a easy job now bit. I do plan to quit this job. Bad customer service. The LODs and the team leaders doesnt care about what happening to you or the team members and they dont use their common sense like why have the store open while the power is out or during a hurricane? Make no sense! DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE!

I tend to shop at Target during the weekdays. I have found the returns process incredibly easy. Ive found customer service usually excellent, e.g. if I ask where I can find a product, the employee will take me there. The store is neat and tidy, well stocked. I dont understand the negative comments. I appreciate that the store is open early. Parking in the front of the store is difficult, but its easy to park behind the store and then take the stairs up one level to Target.

Somewhat affectionately known by locals (of all shapes and sizes) as the "Ghetto Target". If you want bad organization, horrible customer service, team members loudly talking trash/swearing/talking on their phones... go to the Ghetto Target. But the whole Mall is like this - Ghetto Macys; Ghetto Victorias Secret.... you name it.

This target is pretty good. I have always received good customer service here and I really appreciate the self check out lines. Its also extremely convenient that the PG mall is attached to the mall which creates on stop shopping. Also the PG PLAZA metro is literally right there as well.

I called the store and spoke to a representative with regards to a blow up bed I was told you guys have it in stock to my surprise when I really got to the store, youll were out of stock on the one that I wanted , I think its pathetic when the stuff dont know whats happening in the store

I have shopped at this target a few times and I have enjoyed my shopping experinece. Today in particular I received exceptional customer servce from the LOD Ron. I was looking for a sale watch and he went out on the floor to find the ONE watch left. THANK YOU!!

One of my favorite places to shop they have just a about everything you may need for your day to day life. Great that you can find one in your area or nearby most of the time. They have decent weekly ads. And they have a coupon app called cartwheel.

The customer service is deplorably bad. Great example is that when there are lines of customers waiting to pay, there is often a line of workers just leaning up against the wall at the front of the store chatting away.

They barely have the items I need and most of the time some one has "tested" the products so I always have to double check before I purchase an item. The lines are long and sometimes slow moving its like Im at Walmart

Bad customer service, they never have Frappuccinos and whip cream, and I cant never redeem my rewards or coupons, the team they always wasting time, and flies walk inside where they have the bakery...!!!

Its close and convenient, though does get very busy, in the store and especially in the parking lot. Parking is typically a nightmare, unless you go early. The store is typically well stocked and clean.

Love this target, I will admit it gets really crowed at times and lots of the guest are unruly and rude but the team members working there are always kind and professional.

This Targets just as good or bad as any other Target. Consistent mediocrity is all we expect from our big box stores anyway, right? If you need a Target, this one will do.

It was very clean. They have the machine for Apple and Android pay but they dont work. Why have them if you arent going to activate them.
