I have has the worse experience with toys r us over the past week! They lost a package for an order that I placed on December 7th to ship to store. I called the store and had the worse customer service I have ever received. The had me on hold for 15 minutes periodically picking the phone up yelling in my ear asking for different people to come to the service desk. Then I called the corporate office. They said they didnt know what happened to the package. Did a live chat where I was told that she would be able cancel. So went to the store to purchase items last min for Christmas of course none of they things I ordered. I had no choice but to find new things. I leave toys r us go to another store and my card was declined! I look at my account and see that toys r us charged me twice! So I called the store the woman on the phone was extremely nasty! Told me I had to bring all the stuff back to the store with my ID and receipt. Of course this is the day before Christmas eve and it was time for me to wrap gifts so that couldnt be done. So I called the corporate office and tell them that I was charged twice and that the order that I had placed online still was not cancelled. They said they could do nothing about the charge that was placed twice on my card but they could look at the order I placed online. Then he tells me that the order could not be cancelled that I would have to still get it from the store even though it was their error . He says that they tried to contact me to let me know that it couldnt be cancelled but I got no missed calls or emails about any of this . I wasnt going for that . After being on hold for over an hour on and off the guy comes back on the phone and gives me $90 gift card number to put in at the register. So since I had to go back to the store anyway I went to try to purchase more items for my child. Get to the register and the number does not work. It was taking off about $300 off of my order each time she tried to put it in. So needless to say I did not get the $90 discount that I was supposed to get. So I got to the customer service desk to ask them about the double charge and she tells me that they cant do anything there at the store for a double charged I would have to talk to my bank. After I was told on the phone from corporate and someone at the store that I had to come to the store to get the items removed. I am so over Toys R Us they did absolutely nothing to help me! When I looked online for the canceled order its still not canceled in the system like he said it would be.

What a joke. The level of incompetence, ignorance, and laziness is astounding. I went to a Babies R Us store in Bel Air, Md looking for Mickey and Friends wall decals. They did not have any. The associate at the store however informed that the Towson store carried them and had 3. I then called the Towson store and attempted to confirm this. I spoke with an associate and asked directly "Do you carry the Mickey Mouse wall decals?" I was told "Yes. I asked "how many do you have?" I was then told "several". I drove 30 minutes to get to the Towson store only to be told that it is an online item. However, they still have a display that says "Mickey and Firends wall decals."Needless to say I made my displeasure with the store staff known. No one wants to take responsibility for the misinformation that caused an inconvenience. They also have the decals decorated in their store near the cribs... but they dont carry the item anymore? Come on.. Ridiculous.

Really nice, if not disorganized, staff members but DO NOT purchase toys online with the pick up in store option if you plan to pick it up during peak hours. We waited for over half an hour to get our already paid for merchandise. One of the customer service reps, Talcur, was as sweet as could be about the hold up, but that didnt change the fact that I was standing in Toys R Us for over 30 minutes when I could have just shopped for the items and purchased them onsite in less time. If you want to order online, have your order shipped instead. In-store pick up is not a time saver whatsoever during this busy time of year.

Online "Store pickup" says it takes about an hour to process orders. Its been two and Im not in the system, but they sure did withdraw the money from my account! Store associate says I can pick the orders myself, go to the register to get rung up, and have customer service cancel my order and debit my card in a few days. Ummm no, thank you. Ill just cancel the whole order.

I would like to give a shout out to Patrick at the Towson store today !! He was extremely helpful in getting a large Playhouse in my small trunk and spent a half hour tying it down with plastic wrap! It was freezing cold outside today but he persisted! I hope that during his next review he will be considered for a raise because he deserves it! God bless you Patrick!!!!

I purchased a snuggly nest for $66+ got home it was red stains on the sides and a big liquid stain in the middle. It was almost closing time and they told me I had to wait till the next day. I dont have a car and I have to pay uber $36 to take me back to the store again tomorrow. If u can see the product open it and check or u will be wasting time and money.

The website says that you can order for store pick-up and that it will be ready in under an hour. We went for pick-up before the store closed, but even though more than an hour had passed and multiple employees were standing around chatting, they had not even started to fill the order.

Order item online for store pickup. Got the email that it was ready. Drove 25 miles to the store. Only to wait 30 minutes for the person in-charge to give me my item. Never going back to this store. Gonna avoid any Toys R Us because of this.

My son loves this store, the Babies R Us section is excellent, I buy all my six month old daughter clothes here, huge selection. The baby furniture is high in quality, I did her whole room for under $1,500, great.

Sheldon the manager was super helpful. I shop here a lot. This time my car needed a jump start, and he without hesitation used his car to help me start mine. Super friendly! Thats a manager going above and beyond

Taking more than an hour finding the crib that I ordered which was shipped to this store. Their answer is "we are trying to find your crib." Ive been here more than an hour now.

Great place to be the Good parent for the young ones or young at heart. Great split between Babys r us and toys r us. No complaints about this location.
