Mom of four. Unfortunately this is the only toys r us near by. Where do I start.... the store is terrible, there is no help if needed to ask a question, the workers have an attitude, the store is never stocked, the workers walk away from you, they do not know anything if asked something simple, there machines are always down and the workers literally talk sxxxt to other workers while your standing there! Okay here is a example. I sign up for emails and the rewards points with toys r u, which with foir little ones, budget is always a plus. Anyways, I got a email, they were having a pokemon trading card event. I figured this should be fun.... WRONG! Okay first off the workers there had no organization and did not care or tell you what was going on. Secondly, its pokemon! FOR KIDS! My children couldnt even trade with other kids, because you had grown adult men pushing the kids looking at all the cards.... one guy in particular thought he was I dont know a gangster, smaking his gum, chewing in kids ears, like he was making a big hustle deal or something..... and wouldnt shut up meanwhile kids were trying to trade. This toys r us takes no responsibility or helps. They need NEW employees and need to hiring ex crack heads from Lancaster!!

Love this store so much! They ALWAYS have SALES, and they have items to a few dollars all the way up to a couple of hundred- it doesnt matter what you need they have it! ITS CLEAN- VERY HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS! Toysrus is where kids are on mental overload and runaround like crazy sometimes, so my advice is if you cant handle other peoples kids doing this, then this isnt the place for you. This store is ONLY for kids & people who are kids at heart. I dont think Ive ever seen the store crowded, even around Christmas because the store is that big. The store is offset across the highway from the mall and I think that is really a good thing because its safer for kids and its all on its own. It has EVERYTHING, you are looking for, and they even have stuff that are too big to display like playhouses, swing sets, pools! You take the ticket to a register, pay for it, then you go around to the back of the store and pick up your large item. They have bikes, scooters, hover boards, even Power Wheels cars and trucks. So if you can not find that certain item your kid wants, ToysrUs has it!!!!

Was there to attempt and get a Nintendo Switch, so I was there really early to say the least. As chaotic as some of these high demand product events can go, this staff did a tremendous job and deserve recognition. Many of the staff arrived about 3 hours before opening to begin getting ready to accommodate those of us who have been waiting since early morning. Throughout the entire wait, they kept us updated with any information, answered our questions, and even allowed up to enter earlier than regular opening to get us in and out. They were very organized and professional. I would highly recommend this store location to anyone.

Customer service is always wonderful. If they do not have something, they check to see what other store has it. I have five boys and they are growing up with toys, games, videos and video games from Toys R Us. They also have many awesome memories from activities that they hold there and birthday balloons they have gotten. Keep up the good work and thanks.

Had a great experience, we had a complicated order with a coupon and gift cards and cash and credit and several items on a registry. An associate was willing and able to help us and was never stressed that we were taking up her time or that it was a complicated order. I was very happy with the stores employees and the selection.

The only Toys R Us for 30-40 miles. This one is in dire need of updating, remodeling. The selection in the past years has been getting worse and worse. Staff is hit or miss if you need help.

Fun toys. Its so fun to be there and look at happy children. Its great for Christmas and Birthday presents. As a parents this might not be your favorite place but your kids will love it

The staff here are always friendly and ready to help you find what youre looking for. The store is well stocked and has a good selection from all those good shows.

Clean and tons of different items in stock. Pricey. NEVER have promotional items in stock (coupons for free items, birthday prizes, etc.)

When I need a toy, I stay very far away from this store. The employees are rude (if you can find one) and it is NOT A FUN PLACE TO BE!
