This Toys "R" Us is very nice. I feel that the employees do a great job at what they are doing. I understand that since they are the only place that sells the toys they sell, that it can get very hectic. Sometimes, I have my problems with their customer service, but I understand that its corporates policy, and the employees there cant do anything about it. If you have any real problems with the policy that they follow, call corporate and tell them about it, dont yell at the employees about it; its not like they can really do anything about it. Anyway, I would just like to state how friendly many of the employees are here, and I will definitely return here to shop!

Great staff here! I had an issue with an online order. Rather than mail it back, I figured I would go in and get it straightened out. The service rep and her manager were both super friendly and helpful. The product in question was on sale and had a better price than when I had ordered it. Without me having to ask, they offered to give me back the difference. They were cheerful and obviously sincere about helping me, and I really appreciated it...they help make stressful Christmas shopping a bit less stressful. I was very glad I had chosen them instead of using Amazon or something. Highly recommend this store!

The Manager Allen and his staff are amazing! They define the word service in customer service. At this very busy time if year they went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the the carseat requested for my newest granddaughter. I sincerely appreciate all of the efforts that everyone who helped me from the young lady in the baby section to Allen the manager to the young man that carried it it my car. I went in today bracing for the worst. We had bought my son a bike and upon getting it home it was not working properly. I didnt have the best experience with getting help when purchasing. The manager today exceeded my expectations, she was incredibly helpful and while I vowed to never shop there again before walking in, she changed my mind completely. Thank you so much. She made my day and my kids day.

The selection is much smaller these days and the prices are oddly high. I was sad to see how much smaller the Nerf section has gotten. I try to shop locally as often as possible (even if its a big box store/national chain) for the local jobs, but at this point the trade offs are too many. I will likely just stick with Target from now on.

Always a fun place to shop and remember happy times from your childhood. Staff is always helpful and nice. Best place where to buy toys and be a kid again. Sales are all over the place if you are looking for a deal. Recommend now be for holidays make it a crazy place to be.

It is the only spot with toys and children are allowed to come in... awesome staff... they are very easy going and they are wonderful when they work with you they know where everything is..... yes I am a Toys R Us big kid now... keep doing the great job staff...

Im a dad, so I take my kids here. They love the place and can find more toys here than they know what to do with. Prices are a little high on some items. Really dont know why they arent more affordable with a smart phone in hand we can compare prices.
