Deceptively sold an elderly person (my mother in law) a watch, priced much higher than valued. Salesperson was pushy and made the elderly person believe that she was getting a special deal although price for the watch was significantly higher than competitors price. Salesperson took advantage of the consumer and refused to give a refund for the merchandise after I noticed that she paid too much. Owner of store was pushy and rude. Customer was not told that the watch was "final sale" and the no refunds policy is not posted in the store. The store owner had no compassion or care about this situation and refused to give a refund to a senior citizen, with cognitive limitations who cant afford what she paid. Do not ever shop at this store who takes advantage of senior citizens.

Today I went in to get the watch battery on my Seiko replaced. The owner was ridiculously rude and unprofessional to me, tried to pry open the back of the watch with a pocket knife, leaving scratches all over the watch. When I confronted him about it, he said that it didnt matter, because the watch was "cheap anyway." Excuse me?!? That is a $295 watch that I was planning to sell until you damaged it. For your sake, please take your business elsewhere.
