I first visited Princess Jewelers in 1997, and began purchasing fine jewelry from them in 1998, starting with my wifes engagement ring and our wedding rings. Twenty years later, Princess Jewelers is still owned by the same family, the same people are still working in the store, and the jewelry that they produce is still fabulous. In 1999, I moved 312 miles away, to the western side of West Virginia. Where do my wife and I buy our jewelry today? The same place we have since 1998 - Princess Jewelers, in Vienna VA. We have worked with Lim, Mona and Sonny in the past, and most recently, we worked with Sitha, while also chatting with Lim. They are truly genuine and wonderful people! Over the years, we have purchased single diamonds, wedding rings, tennis bracelets, diamond necklaces, diamond earrings and a diamond anniversary band. Most recently, we upsized my wifes engagement diamond, and added two diamond eternity bands. The diamonds are always GIA-certified, and the settings are always beautiful. Princess Jewelers always has expert craftsmen on site (even on Saturday), so they can ALWAYS set diamonds or repair/clean jewelry while you wait. Nothing is ever "sent out". After 19 years of marriage, my wedding ring (purchased from Princess Jewelers, of course) had grown too tight for my finger, and I found that I could no longer remove it (big knuckles). So, we decided that it was time for me to upgrade my wedding ring. I had been looking on the Internet at different mens diamond ring designs (Id never buy on the Internet - just looked), and settled on something that I liked a lot. 14K gold with channel-set diamonds all the way around (eternity ring). I put a photo onto my iPad, and off to Princess Jewelers we went. While there, on a Saturday, we first upsized my wifes diamond, trading-in the old one, and she picked out a new setting. The craftsmen placed the diamond in the new setting while we browsed and chatted, and it was beautiful. We also asked for two diamond eternity rings to go on either side of the diamond ring, which Sitha designed for us. I then had the craftsmen cut off my wedding ring, and asked if they could please "reassemble" it, just to have as a keepsake. I showed Sitha the picture of the mens gold and diamond eternity wedding band that I brought, and we looked at some similar items they had there, just so she could get an idea of my likes and dislikes. Sitha suggested 14K gold, with a strip of platinum on either side of the diamond channel, and 24 channel-set diamonds. These rings take a little time to construct, obviously, so we headed home, secure and happy in our purchase. About a week and a half later, we received my wifes two new diamond eternity rings and my diamond eternity wedding band. They are all truly beautiful, as we knew they would be. Even now, a month later, we are still thrilled whenever we look at our beautiful jewelry from Princess Jewelers. I look at my wedding ring as I write this, and it is absolutely gorgeous. Long story short, dont waste your time looking for jewelry on the Internet, as youll be disappointed (check the company names at the Better Business Bureau if you dont believe me). I also suggest that you dont waste your time shopping at jewelry chains, where you will meet a different salesperson on EVERY visit. If you want to buy fine jewelry, including custom-made pieces, at reasonable prices, with outstanding service, from a jewelry store still owned and staffed by the same family that owned and staffed it in 1997, visit Princess Jewelers in Vienna, VA. You will not be disappointed! After 20 years, Princess Jewelers still thrills me with their work.

This is by far the best jewelry shop in the area! A few years ago, they custom made a pair of diamond earrings for me from a picture and they turned out even better than expected. Even to this day, I get compliments every single time I wear them. They are still so sparkly and shiny that they look brand new. When it came time for my engagement, I knew that I couldnt trust any place more than Princess Jewelers. Sitha worked with me through the entire process as I had an idea of what I wanted. She ordered multiple diamonds for me to look at and helped me pick the best one. They then crafted my absolutely perfect ring in less than two weeks (since they can do it in house!). Once again, its even better than I pictured. I couldnt imagine getting jewelry made anywhere else in Nova. They are honest, fair, and have the best customer service. It is such a better experience than any of the big-name jewelry stores and better quality too! I send everyone I know their way because I want other people to have such a great jewelry experience too! My family and I will be back for years to come. In fact, we will be back in just a few months for the wedding bands.

I went to 9 different jewelry stores searching for a custom engagement ring, with Princess being my final stop. We required a very small size--2.5--and wanted fine detail and diamonds along the band. This is something that most other stores either were unable to do or would only do at an exorbitant price. At Princess, Ian saved the day. We told him our budget and he came in under it! The stones quality exceeded our expectations and the ring was incredible. Because the small ring size prevented one of the existing designs from working correctly, we told him what our ideal ring was, and he drew it--even confirming right then and there with the jeweler in the back that it was possible. The result was a one-of-a-kind engagement ring of fantastic quality at a very affordable price. No high pressure sales tactics, super friendly, quick turn-around, affordable for all budgets, and excellent quality--what else could you ask for?

I became acquainted with Princess Jewelers through my insurance company after several pieces of my jewelry had been stolen from my home. The master jewelers at Princess recreated most of my jewelry with 110% accuracy. In fact, some of the pieces were more beautiful than the originals. Their insurance claim specialist went the extra mile to obtain some pieces from the original source. When my husband and I visited their Vienna, VA store, we were treated like family...I was very happy to meet the jeweler who had worked so hard on my jewelry, and thank him, in person, for his artistry. I would highly recommend Princess Jewelers for their superior service and craftsmanship and hope to remain a customer myself for years to come.

This place is the best Jewlery in the DMV area, I went there looking for an engagement ring and Sitha did a great job finding exactly what my girlfriend was looking for, I proposed to her last night on new years eve and she was extremely happy with the ring, not only her but all our family & friends as well.
