Looked at several different stores and online for a 1 carat pair of diamond earrings for our anniversary. Could not find better quality and clarity for the price than at this diamond concepts on garrisonville rd. My wife keeps getting compliments of how shiny/ clear the diamonds are. They also repaired my gold ring where I had soldered a copper pipe with silver alloy which dripped and fused to my ring. I thought I would never get it off. Their jeweler, who is also the owner, was interested in the challenge, charged a very fair price, and also rhodium plated the ring before giving it back and It was like new. I think just because he wanted to give it back to me in better condition than when he recieved it. I am a professional in my field of Heating and air conditioning and I know a professional when I see one and this place is very good. I will return. I may even order online if I ever move away from here.

Diamond Concepts of Stafford makes the jewelry at Jared, Kay, Zales, and all the other jewelry stores look like childs play. Whats the fun of having a ring that every other woman has? Diamond Concepts specializes in custom designs. Their pieces are unique and breathtaking. My husband had them engrave "Je taime toujour toujour" on a white gold band for our first anniversary to wear with my wedding band and engagement rings, and I get compliments all the time. Its nice to have a ring that symbolizes our love and not some cookie-cutter, mundane one and without breaking the bank, too. Weve purchased a couple of their unique pieces, and theyve also fixed a watch for us. Every kiss may begin with the letter "K," but a dream piece of jewelry starts with Diamond Concepts. The sky is the limit...dream big and sparkle.

Wonderful service from wonderful people. Zach and Hoda are the best! I went to have my almost 25 year old wedding band resized. Zach did it the same day, and it not only fits perfectly, but it looks brand new! Ive also had them replace watch bands and batteries. They are always committed to my 100% satisfaction. One time the replaced a watch band for me, and it came apart after about 6 months. I went back to get a new one, and told Zach I bought the old one from him more than 6 months ago. Zach replaced it with a new one that I still have and looks great a couple of years after he replaced it. I am really shocked at the bad reviews. All I can tell you is that I rarely give five stars on a review, but Zach and Hoda are more than deserving of them based on my experience with them.

I broke my wedding ring and wanted to have it repaired quickly. Ive had a necklace repaired and a ring resized here so I decided to bring my wedding ring here also. I walked in without an appointment and spoke to Zak. I asked him how much and how quick he could have it repaired. He told me he could have it repaired that afternoon. I thought that was good but I told him that I really didnt want to leave it. Then he asked if I could wait for it!!!! YES!!!!! The price was very good and he did the work while I waited. It looked like brand new when he was finished. SO! Thank you so much Zac for fixing my ring and making it new again while I waited!!! What a blessing!

Today was my second experience with Diamond Concepts, and Im pleased to say Ive found my VA jeweler! The owner and his wife are so friendly and personable - they are professional, and their services are quick and affordable. I had my wedding set resized here a while back, and today I had a stone removed/reset from another ring. The work was done while I waited and returned to me clean and beautiful!! I will return to Diamond Concepts for all my future jewelry needs - they are a wonderful asset to Stafford, and I couldnt be happier with my experiences!!

Went to the Springfield mall location this past saturday 11/25/16 looking for a promise ring with my boyfriend. We walked out with an AMAZING engagement ring that was so clear, and sparkling with clarity and color. The best part was that we lived 5 mins from where the owner was at the other location (stafford) and was able to get my ring sized in less than an hour!! Definitely a repeat and satisfied customer for life!!!! Thank you for honesty and patience.

VERY FRIENDLY and easy to work with. the jewelry is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. diamond concepts does great work. they fixed 3 rings and replaced a missing stone in my heart necklace and matched it up beautifully. i will NOT go anywherr else for jewelry. they have pandora and camilla charms. i feel they take pride in thier work and it shows! ❤

Ruined my $2500 bracelet. I simply needed a new clasp/clamp and he soldered a different clasp/clamp. There was no need for that. Just say you dont have the piece needed. He changed the contract, never called to get approval, and then charged me FULL PRICE for a terrible job. See you in court.

They are so helpful and willing to work with you. My fiancé and I did not have a huge budget, but even with our simple silver bands they treated us as if we were spending thousands. When the time comes to upgrade and/or purchase more jewelry for my man and I, I will certainly be going back. :)

Such great work and customer service. I had a ring handmade from a picture that i had ordered and was lost in customs 3 times. I took the piture to them and it was made very fast, good pricing and even better than the picture. We even replaced my husbands ring with one from his shop
