I bought an expensive Cartier one year ago. I found out it had some issues with the winding. They offered to service it without any foot dragging. When it came back, it still had issues, so I took it to my Carter AD. They said it needs real good service, and also a new winding pinion-wheel. I told this to the person with whom I was dealing with (Joe, a real nice guy), and he was upfront in telling that they needed to change their service person, and have found a new one who is really good and promised to replace the pinion-wheel also with a genuine part. I sent the watch (they paid for it this time) and after a few weeks, the watch came back, and this time it worked well with no hitches. They also said the replaced wheel is genuine (which I will confirm at some point with Cartier AD, and will update this review). So far, I am very pleased with their service and also for not foot-dragging. I have bought a rolex bubble back from them, it has gone to service with the old watchmaker, and I am now checking if it works well. I will update on this one also at a later point in case it does not run well and if they offer to service it again with their new watchmaker. Joe has been excellent, and I see no issue if this requires servicing. I feel comfortable buying from them.

Ive been to Tysons Jewelry Exchange many times over the past three years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The quality of their jewelry and watches is outstanding, but the thing that I appreciate most is the personal service that Ive received. While Ive worked more with one particular representative, Ive also been to the store when she was not there and had nothing but friendly, professional interactions. In many cases, the person had no idea that Id purchased a number of watches and other pieces, and yet I was greeted as a valued customer each and every time. Ive also worked with Tysons Watch & Jewelry on a number of repairs. The quality of the work is excellent and very reasonable. Ive always believed though that businesses distinguish themselves more when something does not go right. One of my repairs was not done as Id envisioned. It wasnt even wrong per se, just not as I thought it would be. I took the necklace back in months later to ask about it. Nancy immediately understood what I meant, and they made the change on the spot while I waited, all with a cheerful attitude. Thats the kind of personal service that makes me go back time and time again.

Absolutely the BEST PLACE to buy quality jewelry whether estate jewelry( my favorite), diamonds of all kinds- earrings, engagement rings( my sister, my daughter, my daughter in law all have magnificent rings valued triple of what they paid), designer jewelry, custom pieces( many friends) or contemporary jewelry. Nancy is fabulous- this gal knows her estate jewelry and thanks to her, thrilled to have art deco pieces, stunning pearls( my favorite) and some incredible interesting beautiful jewelry,. My father, from Houston Texas comes up regularly and buys my mother those special pieces for my special Mom! These folks are very knowledgeable, always attentive, always busy and its a personal transaction to them- everyone is special with special needs- and they REMEMBER !!!! Truly the BEST!

I sold some jewlery to them about 5 years ago and got what I thought was a so-so deal. After selling my other items to different places (online and in person), I realize how much I was ripped off. Basically, I got $300 for about $900 worth of gold at that time. Just to give them another chance, I went in last week with some straight gold and silver bullion pieces. How does 40-50% of spot price sound even after trying to negotiate with them? Forget about it! Even a pawn shop will give you more. Oh, I would have to agree about the attitudes and horrible customer service. You leave there feeling all yucky and dirty, like you were selling drugs or something. Not a pleasant experience.

I went in to sell my diamond engagement and wedding band rings despite the mix of reviews I read here. Figured I could always just leave and add my own review. I walked in and while we did not successfully negotiate a price to sell my rings for, I was VERY impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly service. Even the security guard at the door was friendly and professional. I worked with Cindy and we just couldnt meet in the middle with a price, but she was helpful and offered me some advice on what else I could do with the rings. I did NOT leave the store feeling "dirty"...LOL. Sucks for whoever had that issue, but I told the store Id write about my visit.

Anyone who buys jewelry anywhere else is making a bad mistake. The selection is excellent. The service is excellent. The prices are absolutely insane compared to everywhere else...and I mean everywhere. The first piece I got there, for my wife, was a gorgeous gold bracelet with cabochon gems. I really liked it, but -- based on my experience with another store -- I figured Id have to spend $750, at the least. $250. WHAT? So I brought it home and my wife loved it. She asked how much it cost and I told her to just enjoy it; price was not really an issue considering the happiness it would bring. To this day, she probably thinks it cost $1,500...unless she reads this. Uh oh

Yesterday my husband and I decided to check this place out for new watches after seeing their add on tv. The customer service was impeccable. The owner greated us and insured someone would be right with us. Nazy, Sales Associate greated us with a smile and addressed all our needs. She showed us different options of Rolex watches. When we didnt see any that we loved, she asked Jesse, Store Manager what he had in the back. Jesse went above and beyond to ensure we left highly satisfied. We left with not only our Rolex watches but I got a new handbag as well! I highly recommend you check them out. We definitely be visiting again!
