Took my watch in for a simple battery change on a water resistant Bulava. Within 3 days the entire back, with assembly parts, had come off. Evidently when the back came off one of the pieces of the inside fell out unnoticed by me. They claimed that when I walked out the door it was fine. How many times have you had the entire back fall off your watch after having a new battery put in?? Never again. Should have known, never see anyone in the store and when I went to pay, they wouldnt accept my credit card because the amount was too low. Really?? Who does that???

While they may have beautiful jewelry in their windows, they do not do a good job with repairs (except maybe a watch battery). I took in a chain that was broken and asked them to repair it and if they had an extender because I wanted it to sit a bit lower. They suggested adding chain and charged me $120. for the repair. The clasp that was returned to me was not white gold and the chain was dull and poorly made. Within a few weeks it has broken again. I would not go there again for a repair.

Im only giving one star because you have to give them a star. This use to be my favorite store, but they have been sold and the woman that now owns it is purely out for money, not her reputation for quality. I have had to have the same ring redone for lost diamonds 3 times, even though I had all the sides and clamps reinforced and built up for no small cost. STILL, the stones will fall out after only a couple of months. Try someone else.

This is not your run of the mill jewelry store but a place where they can make anything just the way you like it. My wife had a vision of the ring she wanted but Equisite Jewelers was able to make her vision into reality. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an amazing one of a kind piece of jewelry!!!!
