dont come in "as is" the usual test drive put a big f- on their prospects. :D they didnt want to assist, their knowledge of stones was inaccurate and the pricing is atrocious. a .5 carat solitaire (gold) at $8k. incredible. im not sure how theyve been doing it all these years, staying in business, that is. the layout is uncomfortable and doesnt accommodate too many clients, it becomes crowded fast. their attention span is less that appreciable. theyre also careless with their showing of merchandise.

After comparison shopping every jewelry store at Tysons we bought my sapphire and diamond engagement ring at Direct Jewelry Outlet. A few months later we purchased our wedding bands there too. Professional and friendly staff. They invited us to return anytime to clean my diamonds. I do that even after 3 years. The staff is always happy to clean my rings. They are a joy!
