Buyer beware. For $30, youd expect your watch to get some sort of good treatment for a battery replacement. This is not the case. Not only did they gouge the back plate of the watch, in the process of replacing the battery, they knocked one of the second hands. The kindly old man who gouged my phone was nice enough to fix the second hand that he knocked out, although they normal charge extra for that. Stay away.

Went here to get wedding rings engraved after other jewlers said they couldnt do my wifes size 3.5 ring. They did an excellent job in a very quick turnaround. We were even able to get superscripted and subscripted text on her small ring. Very well done, would definitely recommend them to anyone and will absolutely feel comfortable bringing any jewelry needs back to them!

Went to get a battery replaced and the clerk was very cold and snippy towards me, to the extent that it actually put me in a bad mood. I would recommend any number of other stores that offer the same service in the same mall than endure the customer service at Fast Fix again.
