I went to this location with my fiance and the retailer, who said her name was Jewel, repeatedly told us that what we wanted to get for our wedding bands was wrong! We explained that we want to wear our wedding bands on our right hand for religious reasons, and she flat out said, "well thats wrong the wedding bands are worn on the left hand." Every time we asked her questions about the jewelry she would challenge us, "why would you want that?" with a skeptical face. She also gloated about her employee discount, as if I care, is she going to use her discount to get me a better price on my piece of jewelry?! Honestly it didnt make me feel at all comfortable that we would get a quality product when the quality of service is so low. Finally, as we were leaving the store, she flat out said, dont both going to the jeweler across the hall , they have terrible prices & service! Ive worked in sales for 10 years, and this woman was obviously not well trained, at all. Too young and inexperienced to be dealing with customers that are making sentimental & expensive purchases. Very unprofessional!!

Customer Service was horrid! Wait was long! while waiting and looking around for over 20mins no one acknowledged us. They employees passed by us with out saying a word. We sat down continued to wait for another 15 mins no one came to us. After waiting for over a total of 40mins we decided to leave. Didnt mind the wait, but customer service was horrid. Dont walk by customers who have been waiting so long and not acknowledge them.

I understand things happen but a courtesy phone call to the customer for items not ready by the promised date can go a long way. I have had an item being serviced now for just short of a month. On both promised dates I had to call the store to find out they do not have my item. I am glad that I did not waste my time and gas going to store to be disappointed.

Poor customer service. Their measurement for rings is not accurate. They let you to come back the next 10 busnes day . I wait 2 month to buy one ring. The employees never say sorry. They are very ignorant. I will never recommend this store.
