Took them about 20 minutes just to tell me that they didnt have a watch battery to fix my watch and said that wouldnt have one until next weekend, if I wanted them to order one. I went to a different jeweler (B and C Jewelers) as they were closing and not only did they still change the battery for me, she changed it and reset both date and time in under 5 minutes.

Displays were dirty and sparse. Jewelry hadnt been cleaned, and not a lot of care went into the displays. It all just looked cheap. They say dont judge a book by its cover, but jewelry is all about its outward appearance.
