Scott & Co Jeweler is a one of a kind jewelry store ! I have purchased things from their store, had pieces appraised by them and have worked closely with their professional and personable staff to have some custom pieces made and they made it very easy and pleasant from the moment I walked into their store to the moment I left. I love that when I walk in the door Im greeted by first name! Certainly a place I enjoy doing business with and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to make a purchase, need an appraisal or even have that piece of jewelry that needs fixed !

Scott & Co. has a great reputation with the locals. They do all of their work in house. They design and make special orders. They do appraisals and photograph all pieces that come in to the store. Both of my son in laws purchased my daughters engagement and wedding bands here. A special first Christmas married gift of stunning earrings were also purchased here for one of my daughters. Ive purchased my Pandora bracelet and beads at this store and expect to return here when I need a jeweler.

The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable during our visits. Re-sizing was completed much faster than expected. My mom recently had money clips engraved and they turned out flawless. I love that whenever I stop in, they always offer to clean my jewelry.

Ive had two appraisals done at Scott & Co. Not only was I happy with the appraisals, but they were very accommodating. I didnt want to leave my pieces, because sentimentally, they are irreplaceable. Scott and Co scheduled my appointments at a time when I could wait for the appraisals to be completed. They even provided the coffee! I need another appraisal or two, and I know where I will be going to have them done.

So I had a necklace that the lobster claw was broken on. I didnt notice until the day before a wedding. I called at 2:00 in the afternoon on Friday and it was fixed by 5:00!! I couldnt have asked for better service!!! What a wonderful place to do business and they came through in a crunch with no complaints!!!! I give them a top of the line rating!!!
