5 stars all the way! My fiance proposed and let me choose my own ring (lucky me). I had a general idea of what I wanted and decided to go to Quest, as we had many friends that had gone there previously and had great experiences. Ours was no exception. Id recommend making an appointment with Pete, he is the owner and is knowledgeable, low pressure, and an all around great guy to work with. I brought in an image of what I was looking for and from there I received a CAD drawing mock up of the ring in order to ensure it was exactly what I was envisioning. Pete also researched solitaire diamonds and recommended one for us, based on our budget and diamond shape preference. I received the final ring about 2 weeks after receiving the CAD drawing and it was absolutely perfect! In terms of pricing, prior to visiting Quest, we looked into some online retailers including James Allen and Blue Nile and Quest is comparable in price. They dont do any advertising, its strictly word of mouth and they receive wholesale pricing on their diamonds. Given their expertise and high level of service, Id highly recommend using them over an online retailer.

My fiance went to Quest and worked with Huan to design a custom engagement ring. I really cant imagine anything more perfect! The setting is classic, elegant, and balanced, and the diamond sparkles brilliantly. It makes me feel so special to know it is one-of-a-kind. I also really appreciate the complimentary sizing and cleanings offered by Quest-- I have already made use of this service several times! When we went back to shop for wedding bands, Huan helped us select a beautiful shared prong diamond wedding band for me-- we just picked it up and it is just stunning next to my engagement ring. Huan even customized my ring by adding a knife edge to the bottom of the ring so that it matches my engagement ring-- this attention to detail is truly appreciated! My fiances wedding band is so unique-- we browsed a lot online before going into Quest and didnt see anything like it. The selection of engagement and wedding rings at Quest is really great-- both classic and unique styles-- highly recommended! We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs.

We have been using Quest Jewelers since my husband bought my engagement ring back in 2007. Everyone there is incredibly professional and we have found their products are of the highest quality and tremendous value. When we first shopped with them, they were only really offering custom jewelry so my engagement and wedding band set were custom made to look similar to another set I liked. I am so much happier since my set is custom - I absolutely love it and receive compliments all the time. Since then, weve purchased other pieces and Quest has always done a tremendous job helping us care for our jewelry - even when we moved away from the DC area. Huan and the team at Quest are always quick to respond to our questions or service needs, as well as provide exactly the pieces we are shopping for at reasonable prices. All of our pieces have appraised higher than what we spent. If you are in the market for jewelry, trust me and look no further! Quest is absolutely the best jeweler we have ever dealt with and we are lifelong customers!

Put simply: Quest had the best prices I could find when looking for an engagement ring. BUT even more important, their customer service is phenomenal. At a lot of jewelry stores, you sometimes wonder if youre being overcharged or taken advantage of... but I could not have felt more confident and comfortable than I did at Quest. Everyone there seems really knowledgeable and nice, but my man Huan really took care of me when I came in to buy an engagement ring for my fiancee. Not only did he search high and low for best quality/priced stones, but he took the time to really figure out what we wanted and build us a custom ring from scratch. The ring came out amazing and my fiancee cant stop staring at it. In fact, we had such a great experience, we went back again for our wedding bands, and I plan to go again for anything else in the future. Could not recommend Quest Jewelers more!

I cant speak highly enough of the excellent customer service at Quest. I had the pleasure of working with Huan to design a truly stunning, one of a kind custom engagement ring for my fiancee. Both the setting and diamond are really beautiful-- my fiancee gets many compliments on it. We recently returned to shop for our wedding bands. Quest has an extensive selection of wedding bands and Huan was able to point us each to several options based on our preferences. Mine is classic but unique-- it has a beveled white gold exterior with a rose gold interior and subtle milling around the edges. We just picked them up and couldnt be happier. Throughout the process, Huan has been very helpful-- always happy to answer any questions and provide honest advice. I highly recommend Quest jewelers for your engagement/wedding ring needs.

I have dealt with (and I mean dealt with) my fair share of jewelers. Working with Quest was and continues to be a wonderful experience. Their customer service, selection and extremely good prices keep my husband and I coming back -- and keep us enthusiastically recommending them to our friends and family. My husband had my ring custom made by Pete. He took a vague description of what we wanted and created (what I believe to be) the perfect ring. We went back to get my husbands ring, and received the same VIP service. I go back regularly to get my ring cleaned at no charge, and keep finding new pieces to buy for myself or tell my mom to come see. If youre still looking for a special piece of jewelry, please stop by Quest before you buy anywhere else!!

I had a fantastic experience at Quest buying my wifes wedding ring 11 years ago and have been going back ever since (not as often as my wife might wish, but thats a different story). Last year I purchased a 10 year band with ten diamonds in platinum. Six months later there was a mishap that snapped the ring in half. Quest, without even a suggestion of any cost to us, replaced the ring and had it back in a about a week. The staff is polite, attentive and helpful and the prices are reasonable. I have recommended Quest to my friends and have no doubt youll be very happy with their jewelry.

I ultimately ended up not purchasing an item from Quest due to my own indecisiveness, so this review is specifically about the shopping experience there, which was excellent. The store itself is modest in size and easy to peruse. The quality of jewelry is very impressive. The staff is personable and legitimately interested in procuring the perfect gift for the occassion. Obviously they have a business to run, however, so expect higher-end price tags. They do custom work in house, which is really convenient and allows for personalization. Definitely worth checking them out if nearby!

What a great experience. It is not very often that people will go so far out of their way to help you like the people at Quest did for me. I went here to get my fiances engagement ring and worked with Pete. He helped my pick a perfect stone and setting and offered me an amazing price for it. Then they were able to get it made quickly and ship it to me to meet my unpredictable schedule. I highly recommend Quest! I will definitely be going back to them for the wedding bands.
