This place is a rip off. I sold gold pcs here. I found out later from my dad, that one of the rings I sold was a 22k gold band from 1940s Korea - something they do not make here in US. The guy marked it as 14k gold band on the receipt.I knew something was funny, because the gold was very soft, and color was very bright and yellow, compared to the other pcs I sold. I went back and they said they sold it, which was a lie because they couldnt show me any paperwork for selling it, but had the paperwork for me selling to them. Advice: shop around, dont go to scammers that will lie to you about what type of gold you have and how much its worth, because my fathers ring was worth more then $250 bucks.

Mixed experience. The first time I came here, I had a very good experience. The guy who evaluated my girlfriends ring seemed very honest and helpful, explaining the different reasons for the price that he gave, which was in line with a couple of other quotes I had gotten previously. I sold them that ring. However, I recently came back, with a ring I know to be worth at least twice as much as the first, and they quoted me the same price. There were different guys working there the second time, and all they did was take a quick glance, and gave me a number. I guess it depends on who is on duty.

The guys were really honest and straight with me. I went to other shops in the area such as jewelry exchange of tysons and got much much worse treatment. Other places you find either stuck-up trashy people, or extremely rude cut-throats. These guys were regular, nice, and fair; explaining the process to me and how buying/selling and pawning things work. Id recommend them to a friend.
