I brought in my sterling silver engagement ring to be resized. They explained the pricing and the longevity of silver with me and we discussed my options. They called a few days later to let me know the price of the resizing and then only two days later it was all done and ready to be picked up. I am very impressed with the speed and pricing here. :) I only docked a star because my ring had an added patina on it when I brought it in and when I picked it up, the patina was gone and the ring was a shiny silver instead. This is not a problem in itself because I was actually thinking that the patina was going to slowly come off on its own anyway, but I was never told that they would be removing it. In fact, when the jeweler asked about it, I said that I wanted to keep it. Its possible that something happened while resizing it, or maybe they did not remember, but I wish that they would have asked. However, the ring is truly beautiful and fits like a charm so, on the whole, I am quite pleased and will return if I need any other jewelry assistance in the future.

Steve was great. Not only did he replace my Tag watch battery in minutes, but he took the time to look at about 20 pieces of jewelry I had brought with me for a free evaluation. They are fair and they know what theyre doing. They didnt rush me, and they cared about helping me while reviewing my items. I happened to find them on the net, but I prefer face to face dealings, and after going there one time and dealing with them in person, Steve and The Jewelry Exchange are number one on my list for my jewelry buying or selling needs. I visited The Jewelry Exchange among others to get appraisals of the jewelry to sell. Not only did Steve at Jewelry Exchange give me the "BEST" price he was definately the most honest and his Customer Service was flawless. Not only did he give the best value of each piece he also sent several pieces out for others to bid on to get us the best price possible. His appraisals were right on. The owner is genuine and explains everything. The truth about selling your jewelry is that you will never make as much as you want or that you can selling it outright if you can find a buyer. The jewelry exchange definitely gave me more money than what I was quoted on one of those internet websites for the same pieces. I didnt want the hassle of trying to sell on e-bay or Craigs list so I did my research and thought I would try them out. So glad I did.They will also work with you if you want to trade your jewelry in on something they sell in the store. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there in traffic and would definitely do that again. Worth the drive!

He also had set a diamond aside for me which was exactly what I was looking for.
