My fiancé and I went in to Liljenquist on a whim to look at engagement rings and it was the best decision we could have ever made. We were helped by Denise who we warmed to immediately because of her knowledge and personality. I wanted something a little different for an engagement ring (a gray diamond rather than white) but was unsure of how realistic it was. When I explained my dream stone to Denise, she made me feel like it was a definite possibility. Before we left, she asked me a variety of important questions (like budget, preferred stone cut and hue of gray, etc) to make sure she would find a stone that actually worked for me and my fiancé. She truly wasted no time and gave me an update on her search for the gray diamond the next day! Honestly, my fiancé and I expected it to take months--if not years--to find our perfect stone and Denise found not one but 4 gray diamonds in less than a month! And 2 of them were exactly what we wanted (in terms of cut and price range). She gave very helpful advice when it was time to finally choose the diamond for my engagement ring. And it didnt end there! She helped us pick the perfect setting for the stone and even gave us a discount on it. After getting engaged, I went back to Liljenquist to have my ring resized (I originally wanted it a size too large). Without any notice, Denise was able to have my ring resized that day in less than an hour! I really really cant say enough wonderful things about Denise and Liljenquist & Beckstead!
