Eminence Jewelery is certainly not worthy of 5 stars. That is evident from the moment you walk through the security locked door, to the moment you speak with the stuffy, unwelcoming salespeople. There was even a yappy little dog barking at me to top off ghe experience. I was charged $28 to fix a simple heart necklace and a butterfly necklace; the toal value of both being no more than $35.

Very good! Ive been restyling some jewelry that I inherited and its very emotional. I work with Moline but everyone has been wonderful. Sometimes I know exactly what I want and sometimes I work with Moline to to create something that I love. The workmanship is excellent and I eagerly await the finished piece!
