Im not sure how another review talked about inferior service - I cannot remember a time where I have received better service than here. Even though I did not make a purchase at first - and a fairly small one later - the people who work here are just fantastic and genuine. The length to which Paula explained the engraving options and the time she took to answer my questions blew me away. I had no idea Tiffany was able to do half the things she offered. She clearly knows what she is doing and treated me with great respect and kindness. I felt special and listened to the way you so rarely experience it anymore these days. Especially Paula and Favian made my experience second to none and went above and beyond for my small order of an engraved charm for my bracelet. You sometimes wonder if you should pay the extra to go to Tiffanys, and sometimes you think you save yourself time and energy by shopping online - but let me tell you the service you get makes everything worth while. You receive attention, kindness from someone that can truly consult you. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this store if you can get there. Ask for Paula and give her the opportunity to give you her full attention and her honest advice.

Phenomenal customer service. They held the door as my future fiance and I approached and invited us in with a smile. There were no awkward breaks in conversation and not only did they educate us on their product, each worker handling the diamonds was a certified gemologist! Thats a huge deal when youre handling such fine jewelry! We tried on upwards of $78,000 worth of jewelry in this store and saw plenty of beautiful pieces. Even going for the less expensive jewelry was a great experience. We walked out with a beautiful promissory ring and couldnt be happier! I will not be purchasing anything from ANY other store than Tiffany! Being here since the 1800s, you can trust this retailer!!!

Ignored me for the most part, that is until the security guard had to come and talk to me to acknowledge my existence. I got better service buying dog treats in the pet store! Ill wait until Im back at a main Tifanys store before I get what I came for.
