We have been in Herndon community for over 20 years and I have yet to see this store ever have a good managment. Time after time I have tried to give them business and it seems that if you dont speak Urdu you get the second class treatment. First of all whenever you walk into the store they are extremely rude and dont even greet you properly. They should be ashamed of themselves knowing that we live in a great country like America the proper greeting should be in English then if the customer speaks Urdu perhaps he or she will say something. I just called them to Make sure their Taylor is working and he can do some work for me and the lady on the phone said come on in. I drove to their store and they had their little meeting in Urdu in front of me without even acknowledging me first then they told sorry he got busy he cant help me. I asked the lady didnt you tell me on the phone to come in, her responds was yes but I thought he would be able to. Why is it that I am the one being inconvenienced and they dont even have the odoseity to apologize, instead their excuse is that it is a busy time for them. I am amazed this store has not gone out of business I happen to give them a try every time I forget the previous treatment. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Always lies and never fair nor on time innservice. There is nothing this store has that you cant find anywhere else. Yes 25 years ago they had a chance of abusing the customer and them return for lack of options, no more. Stay far away and consider your myself warrned.

This is a review for the threading service - I went there after reading the reviews. Did not ask for anyone in particular and got a lady called Pari The place itself seemed decent, clean and well-lit. I would go back but will ask for someone other than Pari - Her attitude was the exact opposite of what you would expect from someone in a customer service role. She kept checking WhatsApp everytime she stopped for a bit. When she was done she handed me a mirror - I noticed that the two eyebrows were not symmetrically shaped and pointed that out to her - she replied with a cursory "no its ok" and continued checking her WhatsApp! It was so obvious that it was not "ok" (I have had my eyebrows threaded for 20 years!) but she just ignored me and continued on her phone. I then had to tell her what to do to make it look a better, which she somewhat grudgingly did. Finally it turned out well, but I would not go back to her because of the attitude and utter lack of interest in what she was doing.

I knew that Kiran is the best for threading and she is working in Sonia Jewelers, so I have been there for a few times. In the store they play a version of Quran which Muslims read at the funeral. when ever I went there, I remembered death of my parents and i got headache. Today when I was there again I decided to talk to the store manager about the Quran that has been playing. i told him it is better for you to keep the customer happy but with this version of Quran you make us sad, his answer was " I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE". I couldnt believe him and then i realized why everyone thinking Muslims are ... 2) when ever you go in and out they lock the doors ( the store has two doors, one after other) and you cant leave the store unless they unlock the doors. it is better to stay away from such an unsecured place.

To test how fair they are I asked if I can sell them 10 grams of 22k gold what their offer would be. They said $180-$190. Then I asked if I was to buy a ring that was 10 grams of 22k gold what their price would be and they said $525! The Current price of 22k gold 3/24/16 is $36 per gram. So my gold would be worth $360. They mark their gold up by $17 per gram and wanted to purchase mine at $18 per gram. I understand that businesses like this one have mark ups but not at that level. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Horrible service; overpriced jewelry and clothing...I went there with some family members to look at the clothing and altho they are ok quality, the clothing is disgustingly overpriced. Moreover, we waited 20 minutes to be helped and the associate kept skipping us and helping other people. I will NEVER go back.
