This is my second purchase at the Big Screen Store. Theyve gone to Samsung exclusively now for their product (which is fine with me) but you need to be aware of that going in. Their selection is amazing, product knowledge excellent and customer service outstanding. You could buy the same thing via Amazon or in the local warehouse club outlet but honestly - why? BSS will beat or at least match the others pricing and their delivery is local via truck. TV arrived the next day in perfect shape with 2 guys unpacking and setting up in under 10 mins. If you want financing with 0% APR? They have that as well. Ive been very pleased and will do business with them again in the future. Oh - and their furniture selection is really great too!

Our experience with Greg at the Big Screen store was absolutely outstanding! Greg knows the details and has the deals so we were able to get a fabulous 65" TV and cabinet to suite our decorating style. From ordering through delivery and installation, everything went extremely well. Greg worked with us to accommodate some additional work we had in our house before the cabinet and TV were delivered. The Big Screen Store is clearly devoted to customer service. We have an older Bose system and when we had some post installation issues, Greg quickly arranged a return visit to resolve the issues. We are thrilled with our new system and very pleased with our total experience!

Excellent customer service and a fantastic experience. Greg was very knowledgeable and made everything simple. You dont get this quality of service and knowledge from Best Buy or many retailers. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Price was the same than other places but they deliver for free and their staff made sure to set up the TV. Delivery was within the time frame they promised. Everything was just perfect. We got a call from Greg after the delivery to make sure everything went as expected. I highly recommend The Big Screen Store.

I had a very good experience with The Big Screen Store. Greg was attentive but not overbearing. Once we made our decision, he showed us how the TV worked so there would be no surprises when we got home. The TV was delivered on-time, three people were on the set-up crew, and they carefully set-up the TV and blu-ray player. They again briefly walked through the functionality of the TV. I highly recommend The Big Screen Store. We got great service, including free delivery and set-up, for the same price as the big box stores.

John was my salesman and he helped me make a TV purchase that Im very happy with. I was a bit overwhelmed at first with all the choices and John helped me sort out the ones that might be a good fit for me. The store did the installation as well and John made sure the installation was scheduled. He checked in afterwards to ask how the installation went and if I was happy with it. Love my new couch, TV stand, and mattress from The Big Screen Store/Sofa Store! Greg was extremely knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process of picking out the fabrics and style, while keeping me within my budget. The moving crew was also wonderful! This is the second tv I have purchased at this store and both experiences have been spot on. Greg talked us through all the options for the room space and how far we would sit from the unit. Bot the tv Thursday night and had free delivery arrive at 9:00 am on Friday to set it up and connect it to our wifi. 10 am watching the new set and Greg called later on Friday to make sure everything worked as promised.
