Part of the one star rating is my fault. When asked if I wanted full frame on the 5x7 pictures I was having made from 40 year old negatives I said yes- but full frame is actually the picture and all the negative space. Full frame is not the picture itself. I now need to take the photos received from this camera shop to Target and crop them so 5x7 is only all the picture. I also am not sure I got the same 40 year old negatives back. These negatives seem smaller and are all of one size. What I learned is it is best to only bring one negative and do one picture, and if you like the results then come back with all of your negatives. I spent $70 for 12 photos that need to be re-cropped by me at Target photo counter to make photos I can actually display properly in a 5x7 frame, cause these photos I paid for are not displayable. The paper the picture is on is 5x7, but the picture itself is quite a bit smaller. So full frame is not what you would want to get. Have them define full frame for you if you go there.

I just called in there to ask about repairing my camera and the woman who answered the phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. She even helped me fix it right over the phone. I needed this camera for a very important day this weekend and it suddenly starting having issues last night! It is so hard to find half decent customer service any more. and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED upon calling there. Way to go Fine Photo! Great employee! DO NOT GO HERE unless you are willing to pay an enormous amount of money for very few pictures that are poor quality. I have a 2 year old and 1 year old that went here for Easter pictures and all of the cheaper packages they offered only allowed one pose. When I called to see about putting 4 of the pictures on Facebook WITH the watermark I was told it would be $20 for them all on a cd WITH the watermark. They are only in it for the money. Stay away!

Love their sports photos and had the best senior photos! I always preferred when our organizations used Fine Art for our sports photos. They were so much better than other photographers. We used them also for our senior pictures and LOVED all of the pictures- it was so hard to pick our favorites.

Maybe I am partial because this was my Grandparents business but I so appreciate this company. We had photos done a few years back and our experience was great! They are a little more pricy then some more franchised companies but they are a local business and worth there weight in gold!

It seemed that they were more interested in getting people in and out of there than actually concentrating on doing a photo session! I felt very, very rushed and did not get all the photos I wanted done. The friend that referred me felt the same and wont be going back either!!
