Dropped a 45lb weight at the gym on my new Google Pixel XL. (I didnt have insurance, and yes I know that was a bad idea). Anyway brought the phone to Verizon and they said it was roached. Brought it to a few other repair shops all said the same thing. Brought it to Cyberion and they fixed in it a couple days no problem. The phone was pretty much bench like a L. They bent it back put a new screen in it and it looks pretty much exactly as it did before. Everything was exactly as they stated and I could not be happier. If you break your phone bring it to them. Thanks again guys!

I had a fantastic experience coming here for a repair. All of the employees were very helpful and explained all of the procedures fully. I had just had a negative experience coming from trying to get a repair at the Apple Store and coming here was a great decision. Luxse, the person who assisted me gave me a fair price and was sympathetic to my situation. He is the reason I recommend this store for any phone or computer repairs you may need. Hopefully I dont have any more technological issues but if I do this is the first place I will go.

Went in to get a charging port replaced in an iPhone 6, and ended up not being able to make calls because they screwed up the microphone. Tried to get it fixed and the guy ruined the charging port again and the headphone jack doesnt work. So, started off with a loose charging port, now the phone cant be charged unless its off (with no indication of actually charging) and even more issues are popping up. Great. Its worth the money to take it literally anywhere else.

My Sony Xperia Z power button was not working and it almost seemed like a lost cause. But, Luxse (the phone Tech) was awesome! He let me know that there was a probability that my phone may not be fixed because of the particular issue, but still offered to open it up and take a look. Low and behold!! After fiddling with a few components, my power button started working again!!! This place is awesome and the customer service is great!

I highly recommend cyberion! I cracked my iPhone screen. And they fixed it within the hour. Also the customer service is great, they are very willing to negotiate prices. The associate helping me was a guy named Hasan and he was very helpful. I highly recommend this cellphone repair/ accessories shop

Im so sorry for not remembering her name but it started with "Mushra"? She was extremely friendly and very helpful. I had my phone screen replaced and I noticed a couple of spots after the phone had been fixed. After coming back, she handled the situation with awesome customer service!

Went to the store with my granddaughter looking for a case for her iPhone. The staff were very patient and willing to assist in taking apart multiple Otterbox cases so she could try out the different choices. The prices were good and the product selection was very good.

Staff were very pleasant and professional. They replaced a lightning/ jack card on my iphone 6s in one hour. They were very thorough and tested all phone capabilities - jack, lightning port, both cameras and speakerphone. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
