TERRIBLE STORE, save yourself a headache and go ANYWHERE ELSE. Unfortunately with my job the time I have to search out other store is limited, Ive tried so many times to just go across the street to Town Center and pick up something quick from Best Buy and I always come home steaming. No one in this store knows anything about what theyre selling. They have no manners or sense of customer service. I went in the buy an iPhone, that I had saved up for and I was really excited, I stood in line for an hour and no one acknowledged me until I ask if I could get help. I was told to wait. I waited for a half hour after the store had closed and finally left. I had the same experience trying to buy a dishwasher a few months later. Recently I went in to buy the new iPad and the employee who helped me had no knowledge of the difference between the old one and the new one or the different sizes/colors. He came back with an open box item and when I asked what that meant he said i dont know. Anyway, Im ranting, but Im with the the other reviewers who said shop elsewhere and cant wait for this store to go out of business. When I have time I go to the mobile store in Annapolis, the manager there is a gem and he helped me get my iPhone and let me be excited about it, they even through in a free case for all of the trouble I had getting it.

The website for Meridian at Bowie proclaims, "[Meridian at Bowie] also offers exceptional service delivered by a friendly and professional staff." This is perhaps one of the funniest jokes I have ever heard. Try signing a lease and then see how they treat you! Obviously I am be facetious - I would never recommend, to anyone, that they lease an apartment at Bowie at Meridian or its management company, Riverstone Residential Group. Over the year or so I lived there I had nothing but trouble in dealing with the staff or the problems at this complex. The staff was unbelievably rude, to the point of being offensive. There was a constant mound of trash that grew weekly in front of the dumpster (If you want a laugh ask them about their trash situation and then watch their reaction.). The gate was often broken, but that didnt matter because even when it was in working order it closed too slow to be effective. All anyone needed to do was wait until a resident entered the property and then follow them right in. When my lease was up I left immediately. My suggestion to you is to not be deceived by this place. Steer clear of Meridian at Bowie and Riverstone Res.

Horrible service. Very poorly run. I Would not buy there again. The guy who helped me find a laptop for my daughter was condescending and acted like he could not be bothered. If I hadnt promised my daughter I would have walked out after 2 minutes with him. He sucked but Best Buy if you look up my purchase you can find his name. Best Buy insisted I schedule an appointment to pick up the computer after they installed all of the stuff and charged an arm and a leg for everything they did. I would have much rather come at my leisure but they insisted this was the better way. I believed their lie. I showed up on time and still had to wait 50 minutes because they only had one lady working in Geek Squad. You guys charge way too much to cut corners on coverage. Not what I was told would happen. A bad experience. Not a fan. Dont go there! Beware!

This is the 4th time that Ive been to that Best Buy; I walked around the entire store, browsing every aisle, and not a single member of their staff offered to assist me or inquired as to what I was looking for. Instead they were chatting with each other or on their cell. I wish I could say that was an unusual happenstance but it is not. I have only gone there due to its proximity to my work; from now on I will simply drive the extra 12 miles to go to a different store. Recommend avoiding this location and seeking purchasing elsewhere.

Good Selection of Wireless headphones ranging from a lower price to the highest prices, with several on sale. Passed several employees while looking for the headphones and they didnt speak at all, then stood in the isle for 10+ mins, along with another customer, before any employees approached to see if assistance was needed. As far as product availability, this Best Buy was good, but as far as employee interaction with the customers, I would have to rate it pretty low on the scale in comparison to other electronics stores.

Love Best Buy in general, but this store has the worst customer service. Its not that the staff have an attitude. Their just lazy and do not care if they make you wait. When checking out it feels like its an inconvenience for the cashier. The only person that seems to have a consistent positive attitude or let me help you mentality is the yellow shirt loss prevention guy at the front. Again, I love best buy, but if you have the option/time to drive a little further to a different best buy, it will be worth it.

I have stopped shopping at this store due to their incompetent, unfriendly, unhelpful staff. My wife had the misfortune of trying to shop there today and nothing has changed, with the exception that now even the manager is an incompetent boob. I frankly cant wait for the fire sale that comes from their Chapter 11. Shop at HHGregg or any place else if you need electronics. Oh... and btw who is the fool that gave this place 5 stars? Oh, right they were paid by Best Buy to post that!

WOW!!! I just had to stop cooking my evening meal and immediately hop on the computer with disgust.....my wife just returned home after visiting Best Buy....she was looking for a top of the line computer for my daughter and she told me the employee showed her 6 MAC computers and told her they were all damaged, so they were on sale from $1200 to $2200 with NO WARRANTY!!!....who in the hell sells "damaged goods" at a reputable store?.....the manager needs to be FIRED!!!

This was one of the more helpful Best Buys that I have shopped at. The People were friendly and not pushy. They helped for as long as you needed them. They were able to give sufficient details about their products and services. I do not know if this is a good thing or not, but they ran out of products I was looking for. Back to school computers were just gone. Must have been a very profitable day. Found alternatives that worked very well.

I went in looking for a cord converter for an old record player, and the salesperson did a great job explaining my options and showing me when I would need. He even gave me an old cord they had lying around, and told me where to go to find another cord they didnt sell. Would rate 5, but he did show me some pretty expensive options before settling on a reasonable one based on my suggestion.

Incredible Staff!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time and hands down the best customer service I have ever gotten at a Best Buy! Highly recommend this store. Not only were they very helpful in person but also on the phone. I had to deal with four different people and all four of them were excellent!
