Horrible Service....! Ive been dealing an phone issue since 9/2/2016 so since it was an emergency this was the closest location and unfortunately Ive been stuck with returning up until today 9/20/2016... The only thing I did learn was to not deal with franchise stores and this location is leased & operated by Express Stores LLC.... If you are in the Suitland/District Heights MD area please go to where our insurance money actually pay for or else you will have to pay extra fees for something because its franchised and they need to make money. Besides restraine yourself from hearing the hard core rap music with curse words and etc... No kind of customer service what so ever....!!!!
