These a$$holes didnt mention the phone lock they place on your phone if you cancel the service before 90 days. Hello, it is month to month contact! I left because the is no customer support and all the employees in the stores are idiots. I went to 3 different MetroPCS and nobody could tell me what was wrong with the phone. Through my own research I found out why the phone was locked. When I called the manager of this store he told me that he could send me an unlock code but wont because it is against company policy. What about customer satisfaction?! Now I have a useless phone because the only way to unlock the phone is with 90 more days and $100 more to this awful company. I know there are services to unlock it for a fee but I will just write a bad review. I will purchase, return and continue to give bad survey results with every transaction until justice is served and my phone is unlocked.

THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY GOING THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE A JOKE. I CAME BECAUSE I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY PHONE NOT HAVING SERVICE. THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS DANCING AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! HIS NAME IS SHAWN AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A 0 ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10. HE DOES NOT CARE WHETHER YOUR ISSUE IS SOLVED OR NOT...ALL HE GIVES A F$$##%%% ABOUT IS DANCING!!!! THEY DONT HAVE KNOWLEDGE AS TO WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IF YOU BRING YOUR PHONE IN FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING. THEY PASS YOUR PHONE AROUND TO ONE ANOTHER AND STILL DONT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE

Recommend this clean, big store with friendly, knowledgeable people. Unfortunately for them the Metro PCS computer program to port phone numbers is a great headache, but they "get er done" in this store!!
