Terrible. This is NOT a true Verizon store. This is a authorized dealer who Verizon themselves said creates more problems than they solve. They ordered a phone and said it would be in two days later. We checked the real Verizon store and they had the same phone in stock...cheaper! Called to cancel the other phone (within an hour of ordering it) and was told we couldnt cancel until the phone got in. Then the unprofessional "manager" got on the phone with a serious attitude only to show that she had no idea about how her own company worked. NEVER GO HERE! Make the trip to Waldorf and go to the actual store!

It was the worst experience and it makes me consider switching to a different carrier. I went twice, the first time Ashley Forbes was absolutely amazing. She worked with us and catered to all our needs. Went again and we had a different representative, asked for the price of a phone and it was over charged by $200. She was also demeaning. The store has low product in stock. I went to target and got the exact same phone for cheaper and better quality of customer service.

Tip of advice for this location...when a customer walks in and you are/are not currently with a customer instead of looking directly at them up & down and saying nothing..give gesture, or a head nod, or smile at them, or speak and say hello ..greet your customer & let them know someone will be with them shortly. Walked in this place today & both staff members looked at me with a resting b*** face and went right back to whatever they were doing. Not cool.

This Verizon store is amazing! The manager Eric Adams has a 5 star staff that will go above and beyond for you. They helped with my Verizon Wireless service and my Home Fios services. Cant beat one stop ship with a smile!! Telling my friends and family about this place!!

Brought my phone in that wouldnt charge. I was sure I needed to plunk down lots of money for a new phone. The first thing they did was plug my phone into a quality charger and it worked! Thank you! No more 7-11 chargers for me!

Love this place!! Has another store in the st. charles mall. Place is next to carval and walmart. Dont go to the one by pepco, I got confused!!! Bad place. Go to ATLANTIC WIRELESS!! I love them!!!
