I upgraded to the iPhone 6S Plus. The sales rep was friendly and very helpful. A couple days later, my iPhone was not working correctly so I brought it back to the store. The representative that helped me (not the rep that sold me the device) closed all my apps and the device started working correctly. I am a Senior MDM Admin and System Engineer and I told the rep, that is not the way the iPhone works and there has to be something wrong. The rep LIED to my face, telling this happens all the time and the iPhone 6S Plus has 3GB of RAM and the iPad doesnt have the same problem because it is a totally different design. I told him this was not true and he replied sir im not going to argue with you. I came back again after experiences more problems and was told by a different rep I would have to pay a restocking fee to get a replacement device or I could take to an Apple store. I took to the Apple store and my issues have been resolved. It is unfortunate that an untrained dishonest rep prevented me from getting help sooner.

I had to wait 35 minutes before anyone would assist me the other day; they had one employee on the floor assisting the same person the 35 minutes I was there while three other employees would come out from the back area laughing and joking just to go back into the employee area never to be seen again; and then there were the 2 employees helping one person at the cashier; eventually one young lady came out to assist the one person ahead of me just to be rude as if she didnt want to be bothered; I thought she would call me next, but she didnt; she headed back to the employee area once she finished with the lady ahead of me; now 30 minutes had passed so I go to the counter to ask how much longer would I have to wait; I was told another 10 minutes; after waiting 5 more minutes, I got out of there; I dont know why I expected the manager to go to the back and request the 3 individuals to come out and service the customers.

This AT&T location provided my wife and i excellent service. Kip was our associate and dedicated himself to solving our problem, even offering some less than typical solutions to meet what was a pressing need. In the end, he presented us with enough options that we found that suited us, they helped expedite the process whenever possible and my wife happily has a new phone. He even helped with impromptu questions about other services and was very pleasant to talk to during a process that can be awkwardly slow while starting up a brand new iPhone. We had issues with the insurance provider for AT&T. I cannot rate that "service" given by the insurance company though, because that was not this AT&T branchs fault and they did anything they could to make the situation work. Im a new customer to the area and they secured my business.

This is the most useless AT&T store I have ever been an I will def not return. Way under staff at 7pm when the good and well know thts tht the time coustomers get off work. All ghetto staff flirting with coustomers. Waited 53 mins to get a freaking sim card replace. For ur info dont sign on to the computer when u walking cuz its a joke. They dont go by it. Will never return here.

Far too expensive, but if you have extra money to throw away, the service is as good as the other cell providers. The roll-over minutes and data are the only thing that sets it apart from the others.

Make sure you check the service in your area! ATT does not have good coverage when you leave Waldorf. It is fine if you live and work in DC or Waldorf, just not outside.
