Creepiest Verizon location Ive ever dealt with. 1st visit, manager and 2 trainers working. Manager kept pushing me off on one of the trainees, even though he clearly needed help, she still kept walking away. 2nd visit, I was called by a pleasant and professional sounding going lady. She seemed to k,ow what she was talking about so we came back specifically to deal with her. Good greif! Worst mistake Ever! She excelled at faking that she knew what she was doing... or just screwed us over on purpose. I left the store with the understanding our monthly bill was going to be less than before and all activation fees were paid up. Now we have a bill which is $20 more (after Verizon customers service made correction from $60 more per month) and my new phone is all jacked up because she didnt have a clue how to transfer into from old phone to the new phone, but she sure acted like she knew what she was doing.

I should really give this establishment no stars. Terrible experience!!! They wouldnt stand behind their warranty (I bought my phone at this store) and LIED and were deceptive. I went to the Apple Store directly from this one where they said EVERYTHING I was told by the manager and employee at Verizon was incorrect and they gave me a new phone no charge. There was no reason for Verizon to not give me a new phone!!! I even was willing to pay to upgrade to the 7 but Verizon wouldnt accept my old phone. Apple Store told me it wasnt worth it for me to upgrade (again, I was planning on paying the $200) and didnt charge me anything for a new phone. My husband needs to upgrade his Android. We will never deal with this place again.

I visited the office on 6/27 at 5 pm. Poor and impolite service. Young men who worked with me was not friendly and did not listen carefully what I really needed. I did not ask him to check my Verizon account. I asked him questions about mobile hotspot service. After opening my account he informed me that this office does not provide such service. You must train your associates to be professional in serving customers. And polite smile is mandatory for every such position.

Switched from a different carrier to Verizon with family. This was by far the best experience any of us had that was cell phone service related. The transition was seamless and surprisingly easy. Chad (our sales person) took care of every single one of our concerns, had answers to our every question (and some we didnt think to ask). Overall this was by far one of the best customer service interactions weve had, not just with a carrier but in general. Thanks Chad.
