*update* The owner/main manager actually took the time out of their busy schedule to contact me personally to find out more about what happened and I greatly appreciate that. Its not every day a manager is that great to call a customer to apologize. The female manager might have been having a bad day or something which I understand. Ive changed the rating to be higher due to the companies outreach policy. Thank you for listening to customers. I can honestly say Ive never been to a store like that before. The manager literally seems to not want my money as soon as I walked in. Doesnt know what an unlocked any network phone is. Doesnt know what sim cards are. Then finally when she decides to let me buy something she refuses both my drivers license as well as my military ID and VA card due to her accusations that its not the same person. Ive never really met anyone so bitchy in my entire life. So congratulations on insulting a disabled veteran who just wanted to buy an unlimited account. Also when you try to tell people they are doing fraud by having an unlocked phone you might want to learn about libel.

I went into Verizon wanting to just ask some questions to help me decide if I wanted to switch to spring. I was greeted by Kris Cher with so much enthusiasm and a smile on her face as soon as I walked in. She walked me through all of my different options, told me they offer a military discount, I am a disabled vet and everything helps, as well as explained everything to me with such detail, I knew I wanted to switch. I actually switched that day from an iPhone to an Android, and she helped me become familiar with it again so I did not leave not knowing how to use my phone. Everytime Ive had a problem with my bill or phone she is the one I go to for help, and she always has such a great attitude about it and fixes the problem within 10 mins! Its great! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this store if youre having problems with your phone or want to switch providers. Im definitely a Verizon customer for life now!

Dont waste your time! Just go to Hanover or York Verizon store where theyll treat you with respect. I thought Id stop in there and get a new simcard and check the new place out. Id prefer to support a small town business then go to the larger city store, well after the customer service I received while I was in there and even hours later after I got off the phone with tech support I called in to let the man know the 2nd card he gave didnt work and tech support said either its faulty or the wrong one he said well then have them send you one good day! Unless your naive you can tell when someone just doesnt wanna deal with you and I could tell he didnt wanna be bothered with me, So Id say dont waste your time

I decided to stop in here a few weeks back to check out some wireless speakers. When I went in there was a younger girl named Krisse working who immediately greeted me as I walked in the door. She was very personable. She had a lot of patients with me as I was trying to make my decision as to what speaker I wanted to buy. She was very knowledgeable in all of the speakers they had available and was able to compare them and get me exactly what I was looking for at the price range I wanted. I would definitely recommend coming here as it seems the employees must be trained well in the business they run.

I was so impressed by the level of professionalism shown to me by the young lady at this store! I went in to get an upgrade and the new unlimited plan. She fixed us up and also sold me a HUM for my vehicle after I told her how many times I locked my keys in the car. I was having a horrible day and after spending some time there I couldnt help but leave with a smile on my face. You can tell she certainly enjoys what she does! I hope Krisse is recognized for her superior performance! Would visit this store anytime!!

visited the store this evening and worked with a young woman who was truly the best! made me and husband feel like she was part of our family, my husband covered his phone and fryed it in motor oil and the young woman made sure to plug it in right away and make sure i didnt loose the pictures of my granddaughter who passed away. i couldnt be more thankful for her and how much she felt my pain. i will return to this store before any other one. thank you so much krisse.

I was in the store a few days ago to look at possibly changing networks. I have sprint and saw Verizon was offering an unlimited plan. After speaking with the female manager on duty who explained everything I decided to stay with sprint. However the manager was so polite and greeted me. I feel she should be recognized because most of the sprint people I deal with arent very nice. Verizon you got a great young lady working there and Im glad she is who I dealt worth.

I stopped by this store as I was passing thru because my phone was acting up. I found Krisse to be very helpful. She took the time to explain what all was going on with my account and the plan I was currently on. She recommened a plan for me that would save me money and I received a free tablet out of the deal. Since when does a business want to save you money?! I was pleased with the visit. Im not one who is big on reviews but I gotta give the lady her props!

An excellent experience when I stepped into this store, Saboor gave me all the information I need about an Apple 7 phone I wanted to upgrade to and he answered all my questions. He ordered the phone I needed and it arrived the next day. John set up my new phone and it works great, he transferred all my info, pics and apps. This store is easy to find and I also appreciated the individual care and no pressure sales. I will be back. Thanks, Jim

Today I went into the store and inquired about getting the new iPhone. While Im unable to do it at this time I was very happy with the customer service provided by the manager. She had several other customers but still took the time to explain things in depth to each customer. Thank you to the manager for helping me understand the options available to me. I needed help setting up the Bluetooth on my new phone. Saboor, the store manager went out of his way to help me. He did everything for me. He is a very personable young man and it was a pleasure meeting him. Im sure it would have taken me forever to do all the things he did in just a few minutes. I recommend this Verizon store highly.
