To say the least, my last two experiences at this store have been terrible. It started a few weeks ago. My phone was having issues charging. For some reason, out of the dozens of chargers and cables I had tried, only one of them was properly working, and none would allow my phone to connect to a computer. I took my phone in, and they ran software tests on it... Let that sink in for a second... Any 8 year old worth his newly acquired front teeth could have determined that it was likely a hardware issue, so, naturally, they didnt check that. In the end, they recommended that I get a wireless charger, knowing that, at best, this would only solve half of my issue. I paid $75, only to find that the charger was lucky to raise my battery level 10% over an entire night of charging. I headed back to the store this morning to return the device. It is a 45 minute trip each way, and I had an appointment at 11:30, so when I walked through the door at 10:13 AM, and told the guy at the door my situation, he said that someone would be along to help me shortly. I assumed that I would be fine. A return is so simple that I could walk behind the counter and do it in less than a minute. How long could it take them? Fast forward 32 minutes. At 10:45, I walked up toward the desk, and the manager (I think his name was Terrell), said that someone would help me when available. I told him my situation. He shrugged his shoulders. I left. Walked right out the door. Left my receipt and the device on the counter. Halfway to my car, he comes out of the store and said that I cant just leave it there. I said that I dont really care. He says that hell send it to me. Im moving in three days, which is why I needed to return it today, so hell be sending it to someone else. I hope that it magically works for them. Its probably worth noting that in the time he took to walk out of the store, he could have processed my return. I missed my appointment, which I will be unable to make up for at least three months. All in all, this store has been utterly atrocious. I cannot think of any other store on the East Coast that has a 5 minute wait time for returns, let alone a 45+ minute wait time. If they bill me when they send that charger to the wrong people, theyll be keeping my lawyers on hold in the future. Edit: I initially forgot to include this, but its worth noting that there were seven Verizon employees on the floor when I was there. One was helping a customer. Three were all busy helping another customer. Two were holding the door, and one was wandering aimlessly around the showroom. Out of seven employees, somewhere between three and five of them had absolutely nothing to do, and still were incapable of returning an item.

This company is honestly terrible. In november I upgraded from a samsung galaxy to an Iphone on a promotional deal. I was told I only have to pay the $100 difference and even when I would be ready to move to my significant others plan I would only have to pay the $100 to get out of verizon. Life went on we are finally ready for me to move to his plan I call verizon to find out how much more I owe and the lady tells me I owe $562 dollars!!!! That if i cancel i have to pay for the amount of the phone! She went on to tell me theres nothing she could do after keeping me on hold for almost an hour! The guy at the store lied to me! I would of never traded in a free paid off phone for this if I would have been told! Verizon is full of hidden fees and lies! I will never go back to VERIZON EVER AGAIN!

While one can not boycott a large conglomerate such as Verizon, knowing the unpleasant associates and avoiding them could help. This associates first name is Alonzo, please stay way... I came to the mall to pay my phone bill and the guy told me he didnt have change, that I should go get my own change at the movie theatre. I mentioned to him that a business should provide change. Lo and behold, he unleashed the flood gates of unprofessionalism, to which I quietly took my money, went and got the change, came back to pay the bill. Funny thing is he charged me a convenience fee on top of my bill. I wonder what that was for if a simple convenience as providing change was not available.

My mother and I went into the Verizon on Jonestown Road to find out how to lower our bill and sync my email. Jose was awesome! He was able to find the correct app to use to sync with my email on my phone and tablet. He was also able to determine that my mothers bill included an international reoccurring payment from last year. We called customer support and we received a credit. We cant thank Jose enough, he is an amazing part of the Verizon team. So now we wont go to Sprint and we are going to stay with Verizon because of Jose and his great customer service!!!

Stay far away from this location. The employee added on multiple services that I did not want. I reviewed the bill prior to signing/acknowledging and the employee claimed he had no way to take them off, that I would have to call into the main service number. I almost walked out, however I needed a phone due to my old one malfunctioning. If they can add on services, they can take them off prior to completing the sale. Moral of the story, review what they are putting on your bill and walk away if youre not satisfied. Very poor representation of the Verizon brand.

Mike Matarazzo ...... I had the wonderful experience of having Mike M...... long name...as my sales assosiate I think it is Matarazzo anyways..he has been talking about verizon to me for quite some time..so I thought I would give it a try....so far the service is wonderful and its because of Mike that it is getting easier to figure out things coz he doesnt mine if I call him when I get stuck..he is very patient with me He really knows his stuff!!!!! thanks again MIke Matarazzo

This store had serviced my wireless needs for years. They have slowly descended into a factory feel with personal service that isnt personal but vacant. They do not service anything at the store, I knew this going in. I tried tech support and none of the proposed fixes were working. I needed someone to say yes its under warranty lets get you a repair. When discussing my phones quirks, the manager didnt even make eye contact. I eventually got them to order a replacement.

Horrible customer service. I made a visit to this location Saturday with the plans to purchase a new phone and plan but I left with nothing due to a very rude representative. I then made a visit the next day but left with nothing again because of receiving no service for more than 30 minutes. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service staff will blindly guide you Into anything to give them commission and rail you on your bill instead of giving you the details of what to expect on your bill every month. Management and non management staff are all friends, so no help will be provided there unless its in there best interest, not yours.
