A little history- I have been a Verizon customer for years probably15 plus. I also own a small business and have 33 employees that I supply phones too and they all have Verizon. Prior to getting a smart phone that had a SIM card my staff and I have always just taken our phones to local Verizon stores to transfer contacts. We have use stores in Palmyra, Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg and have NEVER been charged for this. Well we got a new store in Lemoyne. I live in Lemoyne. I like to support other business so I nephew got a new phone I sent him down their to get car charger and to have them transfer contacts (he only had maybe 15 contacts and maybe 50 photos (but really wanted his photos, since his dad and grandmother both died this past year). He came back without a charger. He said they charged him 15 for transferring contacts/photos and wanted 20.00 for a charger. I stopped and asked and the guy about the fee and he said they could charge 20.00, but charge 10.00 for contacts and 5.00 for under 200 photos. I told him all of the above and he basically did believe that I have never been charged before... ok Customer service 101 you dont make customers feeling like they are lying to you. Anyways people if you have contacts to switch into new phone- go to Mechanicsburg Store next to Red Robin Great group of people in their and they understand customer service.

Ryan,the only CS rep there,was friendly,knowledgeable and welcoming.store was very clean,up to date items.Parking was acceptable.I appreciated that he ended with a joke as I was leaving.And my iPhone is fixed.
