This place is a joke. I went in with a friend during his lunch break to get 2 papers laminated. 2. Thats it. When we went to the print desk, the guy at the desk did not ask to help us nor did he acknowledge us when we said something. Instead he was more interested in looking at his computer screen then calling someone. We stood at the desk for 10 minutes while he was on the phone. He tried to then ask us what we wanted while on the phone. We showed him the papers to be laminated and he said "I know what you want", then went back to talking on the phone. Finally, another employee comes over to help. He takes the papers and places them on the lamination machine then tells us the other guy will laminate them when hes done. Why he couldnt simply press the button and do it himself is beyond me. Anyhow we wait another 10 minutes and the original guy still is on the phone and wont acknowledge us when we try and talk to him. We ask the second guy for help and he just tells us to wait for the first guy. So instead, we ask for our papers back and leave. My friend wasted his entire lunch break on what could have take 2 minutes at Office Depot, which is where I will be going from now on. This place is a joke and this isnt the first time theyve been rude.

I had the worse experience at Staples! I walked into surprised that the space was cut in half but by the time I left was very clear why. Upon checking out my purchases, I went to use my Debit/Visa credit card and was told that that I had to put my pin. Instead of being told that the machine was not able to process debit cards as credit cards... I received a huge amount of attitudes and complete disrespect as customer. The salesperson tried to push of my need to utilize my pin as a new policy, instead of stating the machine was not working. She spoke very loudly and terrible to me in front of the manager and other customers. This store should be shut down! Even in front of her manager she could not muster the energy to be polite. Sad! Bad management! Worse experience ever!

They only had two people working in the entire store. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to ask for help selecting a stylus for my surface pro. Waited 15 minutes for help and was told by the cashier that the other employee was helping a customer pick out a computer and told me to go online and order my stylus because they didnt have any that worked for the surface pro. I had to go to Google and look up the styluses they had in the store myself and found one they stocked that would work. The customer service here is awful. Instead of trying to help a customer, they shrugged and said get it online. Really? Thanks for wasting my time. Ill know in the future not to bother asking for help from your associates.

We were driving back from NYC and we took 301 to avoid DC traffic. My son had to poop real bad. Store staff kindly pointed us to the restroom where my son produced a positive relief of his colon. The bathroom smelled of old mop water but the toilet was flushed and relatively clean requiring only a few wipes of the seat. 2.75 out of five stars.

Took 20 minutes for someone to help me. Then another 15 min for someone to say they ran out of the product. Then the cell phone Guy keept trying to sell me a phone while I just wanted to buy a computer
