The best thing about Spartan is that they are very accommodating and understanding of issues. Im sure everyone knows the price many retailers or companies charge for maintenance on laptops especially, and sometimes getting the problem fixed at a local store is worth tons more than it is to sending the device off to the manufacturer. For example, my problem would have cost $390 to fix if I had sent my laptop back to HP, but Spartan was able to do it at $75 for hardware in under an hour. The staff are very knowledgeable and honest, and truthfully tell you how long a problem should take to fix and how severe it may be. Youll never have to worry about being overcharged or scammed here. If I ever have another issue with any of my electronics, I know the first thing I would do is take a trip down to Spartans. Wonderful.

I had a problem with my laptop. Spartan wouldnt even take 15 minutes to take a quick look. They couldnt even promise to look at it same day. I took it to York Computer Repair in Shiloh. They looked at it immediately and fixed in under 30 minutes. I will be sharing my experience with my IT colleagues at York College and suggesting that they not recommend Spartan.
